Free NBA Expert DFS Cash Game Lineup Advice February 27

Even though tonight’s NBA Expert DFS slate is only four games, the slate is still interesting. A lot of the expensive guys tonight are out, including LeBron James, Joel Embiid, Ben Simmons, and Damian Lillard. With those players being out, it leaves a lot of value plays on their teams, with the most significant being the Philadelphia 76ers. I will give you my top expensive play (more than $8,500), top mid-level play ($6,000-$7,000), and top cash-saving option (less than $6,000) that I will be using for my cash game lineups on FanDuel and DraftKings for tonight’s NBA DFS slate. Let’s start by taking a look at the player I’m paying up to get.

Hassan Whiteside Continues Impressive Play with Dame Out

With Damian Lillard out for the Portland Trail Blazers, Whiteside and CJ McCollum are the top two players offensively. The Trail Blazers may not have one of the highest team totals tonight. However, they are going up against the Indiana Pacers, who have struggled against the center position. The Pacers are allowing the 10th most fantasy points to the center position this season. Whiteside has also gone for 52.4, 50.9, and 45.3 DFS points over his last three games. I look for that to continue here with Whiteside getting over 50 DFS points as he is a hot option in my NBA Expert DFS cash lineup.

Tobias Harris Steps Up Offensively

The Philadelphia 76ers are coming off a bad loss against the Cleveland Cavaliers last night. However, the more critical information to take away from that game was the loss of Joel Embiid. Now, Philadelphia is without Ben Simmons and Joe Embiid for the immediate future. With both players being out, I look for Tobias Harris to get a lot of looks offensively for Philadelphia. Harris is also a significant reason we are picking the 76ers tonight as part of our NBA Picks. As a result, I look for him to exceed value on both sites.

Al Horford Best Cash-Saving Option Tonight

As stated previously, Joel Embiid will be out for the immediate future. As a result, Al Horford will see an uptick in minutes at the center position. Horford may not be the dominant force he once was; however, he still should be able to lead the team in rebounds in this spot. The 76ers have the 4th highest team total tonight at 108.5 points when they go up against the New York Knicks. The Knicks have struggled against opposing big men this season. As a result of the minutes and struggles the Knicks have had defensively, I look for Horford to be one of the best value plays tonight.
