After taking control of the series by winning Game 3, the defending champs now have a chance to deliver the knockout punch as we head into Frost Bank Arena for Game 4. Can the San Antonio Spurs respond or will SGA and co. take a commanding 3-1 lead?

My Same Game Parlay features a total of three Player Prop Bets, priced at +403 odds. Remember, we break down every single NBA postseason game on our NBA Predictions page, so don’t forget to bookmark it. Let’s see who I fancy for my Thunder vs Spurs Game 4 SGP now!

Victor Wembanyama to Record 12+ Rebounds (-265)

Chet Holmgren 2+ Made Threes (+136)

De’Aaron Fox Over 14.5 Points (-120)

Same Game Parlay odds: +403

Victor Wembanyama to Record 12+ Rebounds (-265)

If you are Victor Wembanyama, Game 3 might have been the worse game of the series for you. The 7-foot-4 alien had an unusually bad game in the rebounding department, finishing with just 4 boards collected which is far below the standard he has set this postseason averaging 11.7 rebounds a night. With the sense of urgency to win now being at a very high level, I expect Wemby to focus more on that aspect of play, aside from him the Spurs don’t really have a reliable rebounding option to carry them defensively. What gives me optimism is the fact that the last two times he finished with single digit rebounds, Wemby responded by grabbing 17 and 24. During the regular season the Thunder were allowing 54 rebounds per game which ranked them 21st in the league and so far this postseason that number has gone up to 55.7 per game. I’m hoping Wembanyama locks in here and gets some help from his teammates on the offensive end, which should help him clear this line for the 8th time in 11 games.

Chet Holmgren 2+ Made Threes (+136)

We are yet to see a proper Chet Holmgren game in this series. Granted, the match-up vs Wembanyama is far from ideal for him, but at some point the Thunder center will have a breakout game because he is just that good. His minutes have been cut short in favor of Isaiah Hartenstein over the past two games, Holmgren should have fresh legs here after logging just 27 and 28 mins in Games 2 and 3 respectively. With Wemby averaging 41.7 mins per game during over the first 3 games and doing far more for his team, fatigue will catch up to him eventually with this series being played every other day and this is the opportunity Holmgren is waiting for. Hanging out around the perimeter will be a really good strategy in Game 4 as it will wear down the Spurs center even more, which could open things up on the interior for the Thunder slashers to attack. Holmgren’s three-point accuracy has remained consistent throughout the first 3 rounds, he’s shooting it at 38.5% which is an increase of 2.3% compared to the regular season.

De’Aaron Fox Over 14.5 Points (-120)

We all know how much De’Aaron Fox means to this Spurs team. From his experience out on the court to his play making ability as the team’s leading point guard, he has truly been missed in the first two games of this series. Game 3 saw him return to the line-up, even though he’s still clearly bothered by his high ankle sprain suffered in Round 2 vs Minnesota. That didn’t stop him from having a solid scoring game though, Fox made half of his 14 shot attempts en route to 15 points. The zero free throws attempted is a clear indicator that he still does not trust his ankle enough to go attack the basket, but that can only get better as time goes on and proper treatment. I’m also expecting his three-point accuracy to pick up, the Thunder are notorious for their lack of ability to defend opposing guards shooting the deep ball. This bet has cashed in 5 of 7 games between the Spurs and Thunder for Fox, while on the season as a whole he has delivered a winner 57 times in 85 games which is a success rate of 67%. Let’s hope he can lend Wemby a hand on the offensive end in Game 4, otherwise the Spurs will have issues here.
