It’s a pivotal Game 3 between the LA Clippers and Dallas Mavericks as the 2 teams lock horns tonight at the American Airlines Center. Who will take control of the series? Tipoff is at 8:00 pm ET on ESPN and I have prepared a Same Game Parlay which you can find below.

Let’s dive into my SGP bet now!

DAL Mavericks -4.5 (-114)

Kyrie Irving to Score 30+ Points (+260)

Same Game Parlay odds: +398

DAL Mavericks -4.5 (-114)

The hard part has been done in Game 2 as the Mavericks stole home court, but now they have to follow it up with another big time performance in Game 3. Although Luka Doncic is yet to shoot 50% from the field in the series, he has more than made up for it with his defense efforts down the stretch in Game 2. As a team the Clippers shot just 37% from the field and 27% from 3, you have to feel good about the Mavs’ chances here if they can retain that level of intensity on the defensive end.

Kawhi Leonard’s return didn’t make much of a difference — he scored just 15 points on 17 shots from the field — and it might take him some time to get his legs back under him. And that’s the key advantage Dallas has on Friday. Both of their superstars are healthy and playing extremely well, so they should be able to win their first home game of this postseason run.

Kyrie Irving to Score 30+ Points (+260)

Irving is averaging 27 points per game so far in the series; he cleared this line with 31 points in the series opener and then followed it up with 23 points in Game 2. I’m expecting him to be way more aggressive on Friday, with the series switching to Dallas for the next 2 games. Irving’s numbers go up across the board when we compare his away games to his home games. He is averaging 1.6 more shots, 1 more 3-pointer and 2.2 more free throws per game. All of that has resulted in his average going from 24.2 points on the road to 27 points per game at home. In his last 10 against the Clippers he is putting up 26.3 points per game; he has shot 50% or better from the field in 6 of those games, while from the 3-point line he’s at an impressive 48.6% efficiency. Doncic needs all the help he can get to get past this stacked Clippers team, I’m counting on a big night from Irving.
