Last night, we saw the best game of the tournament so far in Kansas State vs Michigan State ending in overtime. Tonight, we have 4 games left in the Sweet Sixteen. So far in the tournament, I am 4-2 on player props for +1.7U and will look to continue in the green. Let’s take a look at my favorite player props for tonight, but don’t forget to check out all of our college basketball picks.

Nathan Mensah (SDSU) under 6.5 rebounds (-105)

Line available on DraftKings sportsbook at the time of publishing.

Mensah is a polarizing handicap because he’s very tough to nail down minutes-wise. He’s been as high as 23min (last game) and as low as 14 min (prior game), and this is the focal point of this handicap. I will project him at a healthy 19 minutes tonight and still see him landing closer to 5 rebounds on the game. Alabama ranks 24th in the nation at opponent total rebounds per game (31.3) and Mensah has only hit this line in 34% of games this season. This line is high since he is coming off his highest minute total in over a month, but head coach Brian Dutcher plays 9 guys 15 or more minutes, and Mensah is anything but a lock to see 20+ minutes again. 1U

Isaiah Wong (MIA) over 2.5 assists (-105)

Line available on DraftKings sportsbook at the time of publishing.

Wong has hit this line in 67% of games this season and has seen a healthy workload in the tournament averaging 35.5 MPG in the first two rounds. He has not hit this line in the last 2 games, but Houston is the perfect opponent to bounce back against. The Cougars are ranked #243 in the nation in opponent assists/FGM and #283 in opponent assists per game. In Wong’s previous matchups, Drake (#18), Duke (#59), Indiana (#94) were all top 100 in opponent assists per game and he missed this mark. I love this line at Wong’s average of 3.3 APG at nearly even money. 1U
