Best NBA Bets Today: Odds & Picks for every game on Tuesday, November 18

Like most Lithuanians, I started watching basketball from the age of six. I'm based out in London and played basketball at the University of Lincoln here in the UK. I had always had an interest in the NBA but things really took off in the summer of 2010. That year Linas Kleiza led Lithuania to 3rd place at the World Championships and signed with the Toronto Raptors to replace the departing Chris Bosh. I've been a Raptors fan since that day and I've not missed a game since. I've been handicapping games for more than a decade, specializing in player props. There are 6 games on the NBA slate, and as always here at Pickswise, we have an NBA best bet for each of the games below. We could finally see the return of LeBron James on Tuesday, as the Los Angeles Lakers host the Utah Jazz. And with the Eastern Conference-leading Detroit Pistons taking to the floor too, there should be no shortage of quality on show. You can check out our expert NBA picks for every game throughout the season, but for now, let’s break down my NBA best bets for tonight.

Warriors vs Magic best bet: Jonathan Isaac under 4.5 points (-122)

Odds available at FanDuel Sportsbook at time of publishing.

Jonathan Isaac is having a rough start this season, with 5 or more points just twice in 12 games. It is no surprise as he is making just 37.9% of his field goal attempts and 22.2% of shots from deep. That type of play in unlikely to earn him more than 14 minutes tonight. Against a Warriors team 7th in defensive rating, do not expect a breakout game here.

Celtics vs Nets best bet: Over 223 (-110)

Odds available at FanDuel Sportsbook at time of publishing.

The Boston Celtics are 6th in offensive rating this season and will relish taking on a Brooklyn Nets team dead last in defensive rating. The Nets are also 28th in opponent 3-point percentage and considering both teams are in the top 6 in the league in attempts per game from beyond the arc, this could turn into a high scoring shoot out.

Grizzlies vs Spurs best bet: Under 232.5 (-108)

Odds available at FanDuel Sportsbook at time of publishing.

There is a lot of star power missing in this game. Victor Wembanyama will be out the Spurs will miss their leading scorer. Meanwhile the absences of Ja Morant, Stephon Castle and Dylan Harper will deprive the teams of some of their best playmakers who can push the pace. We could see a rough offensive performance from both.

Pistons vs Hawks best bet: Jalen Johnson over 15.5 rebounds+assists (-114)

Odds available at FanDuel Sportsbook at time of publishing.

Atlanta Hawks forward has been playing like an All-Star in Trae Young’s absence. Over the last 4 games, he has recorded at least 10 rebounds in each, while also managing at least 7 assists in every contest. Against the leading team in the conference, expect his usage to be through the roof as he takes the game into his own hands.

Jazz vs Lakers best bet: Jazz +12.5 (-106)

Odds available at FanDuel Sportsbook at time of publishing.

The Jazz have found a good rhythm, winning 2 of their last 4 games and keeping the losses to single digits. Lauri Markkanen has dropped at least 35 points in 3 straight games and should be able to keep the visitors competitive. LeBron James is questionable to play but do not be surprised the Lakers to go through early struggles as they introduce him back in.

Suns vs Trail Blazers best bet: Deni Avdija over 6.5 assists (-114)

Odds available at FanDuel Sportsbook at time of publishing.

Jrue Holiday is doubtful to play for the Portland Trail Blazers which mean Deni Avdija is likely to take on a bigger role as a point forward here. He has already managed 7 or more assists 3 times this month and should relish playing a Phoenix Suns team that is 19th in opponent assists per game.
