Week 16 of the 2025 NFL season started with a wild battle between the Rams and Seahawks on Thursday Night Football, but now we turn our attention to Sunday’s slate. We have 13 matchups to get excited for, and a ton of them are essential viewing. The Ravens battle the Patriots in a clash that could go a long way to deciding the AFC East and AFC North winner, while the Jaguars meet the Broncos in another huge game in the AFC. With high stakes on the docket, I have scanned through the entire Sunday lineup and have picked out my best NFL player prop bets. You can also find out all of our NFL picks for EVERY GAME in Week 16.

NFL prop best bet: Aaron Rodgers over 31.5 Pass Attempts (-145)

Odds available at DraftKings Sportsbook at time of publishing. 1u play.

This is a little juicy, that’s only ever a worry if the bet loses so we will decide to win this one. Rodgers and Pittsburgh should likely lose this game. Detroit hasn’t lost back to back games since October 2022 and they have their backs against the wall in terms of playoff berth. If Detroit does come out hot then it should force Rodgers into a passing game script. Rodgers is 3/5 on this prop in losing efforts with one of the losses falling at exactly 31. Detroit is a team you have to pass against to remain competitive, Winston, Dak and Stafford have all hit this against them in the last four weeks. Against his old NFC North foe, I think the old man is going to have to sling it for his team to have a chance.

NFL prop best bet: Chase McLaughlin over 1.5 Field Goals Made (-125)

Odds available at DraftKings Sportsbook at time of publishing. 1u play.

Another week means another field goal prop in this column. McLaughlin cashed this prop last week, so we are hopping on the train once more on Sunday. He has hit this prop in 3 straight weeks now and he is one of the more reliable legs in all of football. He faces a Panthers team that has allowed two or more made field goals in 7 of their last 9 games. This is a big game for both teams, and I expect Tampa to take points when they can get them. I personally believe the Bucs are the better team and should win on the road here which would bode well for their willingness to take 3 points. Let’s roll!
