Compared to DraftKings we haven’t done as great on FanDuel. However, we are still having a profitable season on the site. This article will examine some of the key values and top picks at the running back, wide receiver and tight end positions. These players, when combined with our must-start players, will put us in a good position to get above the pay line in week 12 of the NFL season.
Leonard Fournette Continues to Produce
Leonard Fournette has had a nice bounce-back season in his 3rd season in the NFL. Fournette enters this game 6th in the NFL in rushing with 854 yards for one touchdown. However, Fournette has been one of the most active running backs in the passing game. Leonard Fournette is 6th in targets with 58 for 47 receptions for 329 yards. If Fournette was able to score on a more frequent basis we would be talking about one of the best backs this season, still, he has produced like a top 10 back all season. This week the Jacksonville Jaguars will be going up against the Tennessee Titans. The Titans enter this game ranking 13th in rushing yards allowed. However, Fournette doesn’t have any competition for carries in the backfield and I look for another productive game this week on FanDuel.
Calvin Ridley Continues Dominating Sophomore Season
Calvin Ridley has been one of the biggest breakout wide receivers this season on FanDuel. Ridley enters this game 44 receptions for 614 yards and five touchdowns. This season the Falcons have the #1 passing attack in the NFL. What makes things more interesting this week for the Falcons is they will be going up against the Buccaneers. Tampa Bay enters this game allowing the 2nd most passing yards per game and ranks 23rd in passing yards allowed per attempt. This is another game in which Ridley should have a solid performance.
Ryan Griffin Top 5 Tight End in Week 12
As noted in our DraftKings section, Ryan Griffin has had two solid performances out of his previous three games at the position. This week the New York Jets will be going up against the Oakland Raiders. The Raiders enter this game ranking 28th in passing yards allowed and yards per attempt. Griffin has emerged as one of the prominent targets in the passing game for Sam Darnold. I look for that to continue in this game where the Raiders are allowing 8.3 targets for tight ends this season.
