Last week was a semi-successful week on FanDuel; we were right on the edge of the pay line on the site with our FanDuel recommendations and must-start plays. This week is a smaller slate with three games being on Saturday, Sunday’s main slate has eleven games. There are a few games that have high implied totals and teams that are projected to score a solid amount of points. This article paired with our must-start players should help to get you above the pay line on FanDuel for week 16 of the NFL season. I will list my top value options at running back and wide receiver as well as my top tight end pick for this week.
DeAndre Washington has a Good ROI on FanDuel
Josh Jacobs has been ruled out for the Oakland Raiders against the Los Angeles Chargers in week 16. Last week, DeAndre Washington was one of our recommended plays as I thought Jacobs would not have a full workload and may not play. However, that wasn’t the case as Washington only got six carries in the game. This week the Raiders are going up against the Chargers. The Chargers enter this game ranked 17th in rushing yards allowed per game with 110.29. Given the price tag of $5,600, I look for Jacobs to have a good ROI this week on FanDuel.
Terry McLaurin continues his Dominating Rookie Season
Terry McLaurin might be the pick to win the Offensive Rookie of the Year honors this season. McLaurin has been one of the most talented receivers in the NFL this season. He enters this game with 51 receptions for 833 yards and seven touchdowns. I look for McLaurin to get another score and possibly two this week when the Redskins take on the Giants. New York enters this game, allowing the 7th most passing yards per game and the 6th most passing yards per attempt. At $6,500, McLaurin enables us to get our three main guys from our must-start article in our lineup.
Zach Ertz Best Tight End for the Main Slate on FanDuel
Last week, it was stated that you shouldn’t pay down for tight end on the slate. The recommendation was to play Kelce, and that paid off! This week, I’m going with the top option on the slate once again. The Eagles are banged up at the receiver position, which means more targets for Ertz. This game is for the NFC East when the Eagles take on the Cowboys. The Cowboys have one of the better pass defenses this season. However, I look for the number of targets that Ertz will have in this game to be too much to pass up at the $6,900 mark.
