However, Hellebuyck has continued to struggle on the road in the postseason and he could be in a tough spot in Saturday’s Game 6. In 5 road starts so far this postseason, Hellebuyck has allowed a total of 24 goals and the Jets are 0-5 in those games.
Not only has Hellebuyck struggled away from Winnipeg, but so has the Winnipeg offense. The Jets have been outscored 25-8 in 5 playoff road games and despite the loss in Game 5, Dallas goaltender Jake Oettinger still owns a strong .916 save percentage and 2.60 goals-against average in the postseason. He could be in line for a bounce back start in this one. All in all, the Jets are not a team to trust on the road right now.

Kyle Connor is relied upon to produce on the offensive end and should be looking to force the issue tonight. Connor led the Jets with 267 shots on goal during the regular season and leads the team with 41 shots on goal so far in the postseason. After scoring 4 goals in the first round against the Blues, he has just 1 goal so far in this series against the Stars. Facing elimination on the road, look for Connor to come out firing and record at least 4 shots on goal.

He has made 26+ saves in 4 of the 5 games in this series, and he has made 30+ saves on 3 occasions. He’s seen plenty of action, and although Dallas possesses a strong defensive unit in front of him, Oettinger could be in line to see a high shot total again tonight. He should be ready to deliver.
