The Dallas Mavericks host the New York Knicks on ESPN on Wednesday night. While it will be an opportunity for top overall pick Cooper Flagg to showcase his talents in front of a national audience, this is not the matchup many expected before the season. The Mavs have won just 4 of 15 games this season and could not have been a bigger disappointment. Expect more issues against one of the elite teams in the Eastern Conference. You can find all of our NBA picks for Wednesday, November 19. But for now, check out my Knicks vs Mavericks Same Game Parlay below.

Over 230.5 (-110)
The Mavericks have been leaking points of late, allowing teams to score at least 120 points in 4 straight contests. It is no surprise to see that 3 of those games comfortably cleared the combined 230-point mark. They should be more than capable of getting their own tonight as they welcome a New York team that has yet to win away from MSG and ranks just 25th in defensive rating when on the road.
The Knicks, however, do rank in second in 3-pointers made per game while also being 29th in opponent makes in that category. It is exactly the type of opponent against whom the Mavericks could have their awakening from deep after struggling from beyond the 3-point line to start the season. With the Mavs ranking fifth in pace this season and setting the tempo, there should be more than enough possessions for both sides for the over to hit.
Daniel Gafford to record a double-double (+550)
Daniel Gafford is yet to record a double-double this season, but signs are there that he is close. In each of his last 3 appearances he has managed to score double-digit points. The rebounding has been the issue, but even then he has managed 8 or more rebounds in 3 of his last 4 games. He will be taking on a New York Knicks team with a lot of size in Karl-Anthony Towns and Mitchell Robinson. With Anthony Davis ruled out of the game, Gafford will have a huge role to play to help deal with the pair.
The Knicks are coming into this after 2 straight games against the Heat in which opposing center Kel’el Ware managed double-digit boards in each. Being matched up against a center in Robinson should similarly benefit Gafford, too, with those guys’ jump shots not commanding any respect at all. Look for the Mavericks’ big man to establish great rebounding position throughout the night and to snag his first double-double of the season.
