However, for my YRFI/NRFI best bet on Tuesday, September 23, we’re targeting another Wild Card contender in the Guardians as they host the Tigers. This is admittedly a lot of juice, but I feel strongly about this one. The Tigers and Guardians are in a tight race to see who will win the AL Central. Kwan and Ramirez are more intimidating than whoever Detroit has to deploy, but Tarik Skubal is on pace to win a back-to-back Cy Young, so I expect him to pitch lights out in what should feel like a playoff environment. On the flip side, we have Gavin Williams, who owns these Tigers bats. Detroit bats are 11-77 against him, which is just a .143 average. This game holds a wildly low 6.5 game total, so I like our chances of cashing here. All things considered, I’m happy to drink the juice.
