NBA player prop: Tristan da Silva (ORL) over 1.5 made threes (-138)
Over the last few games, Tristan Da Silva seems to have found his groove shooting from deep. He has knocked down at least 2 threes in 5 straight games and has not shot below 40% from deep in any of those contests. Some of this coincides with the return of Jalen Suggs, which gives the Magic another threat from deep and a playmaker that can find da Silva on the perimeter. The opponent should be favorable too, as the Dallas Mavericks rank in the bottom 10 of opponent three-point percentage over the last 10 games. As a result, they are 19th in opponent makes from deep during that stretch. As one of the main shooting threats on this Magic roster, expect da Silva to knock down at least a couple of perimeter jumpers.

NBA player prop: De’Aaron Fox (SA) under 16.5 points (-114)
De’Aaron Fox has not put up numbers worthy of an All-Star of late. Over his last 10 games, he is averaging just 14.5 points per game and has hit the over on this line in just 3 contests in the process. That run of games also included a matchup against tonight’s opponents, the Detroit Pistons. In that matchup, he managed to score just 10 points on 23.5% shooting from the field. The Pistons remain one of the best defensive teams in the league, ranking 4th in defensive rating over the last 10 games. During that time, they have allowed the fewest fast break points per game, which should take away of the of key weapons in the point guards arsenal.

NBA player prop: Scottie Barnes (TOR) over 1.5 steals (+138)
Scottie Barnes has had quite an impressive defensive campaign. Over his last 9 games, he’s collecting 2 steals per game, producing overs on this prop in 4 of his last 5. His opponent tonight is the Minnesota Timberwolves, a team that has had some issues taking care of the ball. Over the last 10 games, they are 16th in the league in opponent steals per game. He will spend some time matched up against Julius Randle, who likes to try to beat his opponents off the dribble. He had 3 turnovers when he last took on the Raptors and could have similar issues here. We’re expecting Barnes to take advantage of that.
