A loaded 12-game NBA slate on Friday night takes center stage. Two games tip at 7:00 pm ET, 5 at 7:30 pm ET, 4 at 8:00 pm ET and Mavericks vs Thunder at 9:30 pm ET to conclude the slate. Be mindful that 5 teams are on the second leg of a back-to-back.

Let’s dive into our best NBA player prop bets for Friday, December 5, while you can also find out our expert NBA picks for every game throughout the NBA season.

Best NBA player prop bet: Ivica Zubac (LAC) Over 30.5 points + rebounds + assists (-115)

Odds available at bet365 at time of publishing.

After what many predicted to be an All-NBA season for Ivica Zubac, the big man has started slow — much like the Clippers as a team. His scoring and rebounding is down slightly, mainly due to an uptick in Kawhi Leonard’s production. Leonard is up to 26 points per game in 12 games on the season. Of late, though, Zubac has looked more like himself. He has recorded a double-double in 9 of his last 10 games and has eclipsed 31 points + rebounds + assists in each of his last 3 games. Bet365 is offering a generous line of 30.5, while the rest of the market is settling at 31.5 — including FanDuel, which is pricing it at -125.

Best NBA player prop bet: Collin Gillespie (PHX) Under 21.5 points + assists (-120)

Odds available at bet365 at time of publishing.

I’m piggybacking off another Bet365 line. Collin Gillespie’s points and assists line at Bet365 is much better than what the rest of the major market is offering. DraftKings and FanDuel are coming in at 20.5 — priced at -107 and -125, respectively. The Suns will be without Devin Booker against the Rockets, which could quickly turn into a blowout. The Rockets’ defense is stifling, and I have a hard time thinking Gillespie can score on his own while also creating for others against a loaded Houston roster.
