I love both of these guys’ spots today, so I figured we would have some fun and water them both down. Markkanen has 20+ points in 11 straight games and he finds himself against a Bulls team he already dismantled for 47 points this year. This came as no surprise, as Chicago allows the most points to power forwards in the NBA. That leg feels extra safe.
Vucevic is the harder leg, although I still love this. Big Vooch has hit this mark in 8 of his last 9 games and had 21 in his sole game against Utah this year. Utah allows the 6th-most points to centers and also allows the 6th-most made three-pointers to big men. Vucevic should continue to be highly motivated to play well in hopes that a contender makes a trade for him at the deadline. I love these 2 guys tonight and the hit rates are undeniable.
