Patriots vs Bills player prop bet: Josh Allen Over 19.5 completions (-122)

Odds available at FanDuel at time of publishing.

Sunday Night Football has the makings of being the best game of the Sunday slate. Even with the Bills favored by more than a touchdown, the Patriots offense, led by Drake Maye, can make this AFC East matchup a memorable duel between two of the best quarterbacks in the league. Points are expected to be scored in bunches, as the total is up to 49.5 – the most of any game on the Sunday slate according to FanDuel Sportsbook. Let’s turn to where I’m eyeing the Patriots Bills top player prop bet for Sunday Night – Josh Allen over 19.5 completions.

Other than Week 1, we haven’t seen Josh Allen enter Superman mode. His 2nd half completions from Weeks 2-4 have been 6, 11, and 9. Besides a late comeback effort from the Dolphins on Thursday Night Football in Week 2, Allen hasn’t had to do too much in the air. I’m expecting Sunday Night to be a different story with the Patriots having an implied team total of 20.5 points and Drake Maye showing signs of being an elite quarterback. Maye put on a show last year in Buffalo, throwing for over 250 yards and tossing two touchdowns. So, all signs point to this AFC East matchup being a thriller, leading to Allen throwing the ball.
