Week 15 of the 2025 NFL season started with a wild battle between the Falcons and Buccaneers on Thursday Night Football, but now we turn our attention to Sunday’s slate. We have 14 matchups to get excited for, and a ton of them are essential viewing. The Bills battle the Patriots in a clash that could go a long way to deciding the AFC East winner, while the Packers meet the Broncos and Lions face the Rams in other huge games. With high stakes on the docket, I have scanned through the entire Sunday lineup and have picked out my best NFL player prop bets. You can also find out all of our NFL picks for EVERY GAME in Week 15.

Best NFL player prop bet: Philip Rivers (IND) under 16.5 pass completions (-122)

Odds available at DraftKings Sportsbook at time of publishing. 1u play.

This is my most peculiar bet of the season, but I have to take it. Indianapolis is in line to start a 44-year-old QB who hasn’t thrown an NFL pass since 2020. Do we believe he can make it through 4 quarters of NFL action after that long of a hiatus? If he does, then it will likely be due to him handing Jonathan Taylor the ball very often. Taylor has a rush attempts line of 20.5 and a yardage line of just 76.5. This tells me that Seattle will sellout and stack the box, but the Colts have no choice but to give the ball to their best weapon.

I see Seattle absolutely dismantling Indianapolis and likely leading to Rivers being pulled due to blowout or poor play. This game also projects to see some poor weather with rainy conditions, which should make it even tougher on the veteran. I’m personally rooting for him, but my money is on him looking his age and like someone who hasn’t played a snap in half a decade. They are throwing him to the wolves here. If he makes it through this game, I think it will be due to 3-and-outs and running the ball excessively.

NFL player prop bet: Jameson Williams (DET) longest reception over 24.5 yards (-120)

Odds available at DraftKings Sportsbook at time of publishing. 1u play.

Jared Goff and Matthew Stafford faceoff against their old teams yet again and we are likely in line for another thrilling shootout. The 8-5 Lions take on the 10-3 Rams in LA for a game both teams badly need for different reasons. The Lions could use this win to re-enter the playoff picture in the NFC, while the Rams want this win to further their campaign for the #1 seed and first-round bye, especially with the Seahawks breathing down their necks.

I like Jameson Williams a ton in this one. Amon-Ra St. Brown will likely get the volume on Detroit, but Jamo should see big-play opportunities. In last year’s game against LA, we saw Jamo with 3 catches of 25+ yards in that one. Williams has hit this prop in 5 of his last 6 games and Detroit are 6-point underdogs. In a potential trailing script, we could see Goff look deep to his speedy weapon. This can cash on the first drive or on the last drive, but Williams should have chances throughout the game. Let’s roll!
