The Detroit Pistons continue to be the story of the NBA having now put together 13 straight wins. The next test for the team is a trip to TD Garden to take on a Boston Celtics team who they have already beaten once this season. That was a tight 6-point game in Detroit so being back on their home court, the Celtics will be encouraged that they could go one better here.
You can find all of our NBA previews here. But till then have a look at my Pistons/Celtics Same Game Parlay below.
Cade Cunningham to record a double double – Yes (-110)

Anfernee Simons over 2.5 made threes (+114)
Pistons vs Celtics Same Game Parlay odds: +605
Cade Cunningham to record a double double – Yes (-110)
The points should be a given for Cade Cunningham tonight, considering he has not had a single-digit performance so far this season. Then, he is most likely to complete his double double with assists, as he has managed 10 or more in 8 of his last 10 games. With Cunningham also managing 10 or more rebounds in 2 of his last 4 games, it could act as a great form of insurance here. It should not need to come to that here however. The Celtics will lack size in the paint today so expect Cunningham to have success feeding the ball inside to the likes of Jalen Duren and to rack up assists. Look for the pick and roll action between the pair to be a major weapon for the Pistons tonight and for their star to extend his assists streak.
Jalen Duren over 32.5 points + rebounds (-114)
Jalen Duren had one of his better games so far this season against the Boston Celtics, recording 24 points and 18 rebounds. Tonight, he should be equally dominant, especially since Neemias Queta is unavailable for the Celtics. It leaves the Celtics with a lack of options on the inside, with Chris Boucher and Luka Garza picking up bigger roles. Duren should prove to be far more physical than both of these forwards, allowing him to dominate. This month he is already managing 23 points per game along with 12.3 rebounds while shooting over 70% from the field. It is hard to see how the Celtics will be able to slow him down in this one.
Anfernee Simons over 2.5 made threes (+114)
Boston Celtics guard Anfernee Simons seems to be building momentum, with 2 straight 23-point efforts coming into tonight’s contest. His 3-point shooting has been a major part of that. This month he has upped his efficiency to 41.8% from deep and he did knock down 4 in his last contest. That type of play could see him earn a bigger role in the rotation tonight. The Pistons should be a favorable opponent too. They rank 19th in opponent 3-point percentage this season. The Celtics are 3rd in 3-point attempts this season and on current form, Simons could only need around 6 shots to hit this over. He has had at least that many attempts in 8 of his last 10 games.
