The Indiana Pacers will be trying to close out the series and book their trip to the NBA Finals in front of their homes fans tonight. The pressure will be on however, with the New York Knicks knowing they are just a game away from another trip to MSG. You can watch the action live on TNT tonight. But now, let’s dive into my favorite player props for the action.
Tyrese Haliburton under 1.5 turnovers (+150)
Tyrese Haliburton has been incredible taking care of the ball. Through the first 5 games, he has 6 total turnover. He recorded 0 in both Game 4 and Game 5. It is an incredibly achievement considering he spent 70 minutes on the floor over those games. It is hard to see a major change from that here in Game 6. The Knicks have not been a team that has been able to force many mistakes this season, finishing the regular season 14th in opponent turnovers per game. Haliburton also does not have to force the ball inside, with no strong back to the basket threat on the Pacers roster. If he continues moving the ball around the perimeter or releasing it early to help the hosts get out in transition, he should be able to limit his turnovers once more tonight.
Landry Shamet over 2.5 points (-115)
The Knicks have worked Landry Shamet into the rotation this series and has done a serviceable job during his minutes. He saw 14 minutes of playing time in Game 5 and was a plus 4 on the floor during that time. As a result, expect him to play a part in Game 6. Shamet has been efficient making shots too, knocking down a 3-pointer in each of the first 3 games of the series, making 50% of his attempts from deep. As a result, he has hit the over on this line in each of the games so far, with a 5-point performance in Game 5. He will continue acting as a floor spacer here and should have a great chance to contribute points wise here.
