The 2025-26 Premier League campaign has arrived, and the race for the title promises to grab the headlines once again for the next 10 months. Arne Slot’s Liverpool win the EPL last season by 10 points, while Arsenal, Manchester City and Chelsea claimed the rest of the top-4 spots. Newcastle United finished 5th to claim the extra Champions League spot, while Leeds United, Burnley and Sunderland joined the Premier League elite after earning promotion from the Championship. You can find out our expert soccer picks for all the big EPL and MLS games this season, but for now, let’s break down the latest odds to win the Premier League.

2025-26 Premier League contenders

Liverpool (+175)

Despite seeing his team lift the title last season, Slot has overhauled his squad at Anfield. Luis Diaz, Jarell Quansah, Caoimhin Kelleher, Tyler Morton and Trent Alexander-Arnold have all left the club, with Florian Wirtz, Hugo Ekitike, Milos Kerkez and Jeremie Frimpong moving to Merseyside. Slot will hope the club’s new arrivals hit the ground running this season and a lot of their rivals have spent big in order to close the gap.

Arsenal (+225)

After another 2nd-place finish under Mikel Arteta, Arsenal have gone all out in the market to give themselves every chance of winning the title. After years of needing a striker, Sweden international Viktor Gyokeres is hopefully going to be the solution to Arsenal’s problems in the final third. He has been joined by Martin Zubimendi, Noni Madueke, Cristhian Mosquera, Christian Norgaard and Kepa Arrizabalaga at the Emirates Stadium. Arsenal fans have been desperate for some extra bodies in key areas, so the pressure is now on Arteta to finally end their wait for a league title.

Manchester City (+333)

Manchester City dropped below their usual standards last season under Pep Guardiola, but the Spaniard has also overhauled his squad in an attempt to bounce back. Experienced duo Kyle Walker and Kevin De Bruyne have left the club, while Tijjani Reijnders, Rayan Ait-Nouri, Rayan Cherki, James Trafford and Sverre Nypan have moved to the Etihad Stadium. City are the 3rd-favorites and could easily outperform their odds, but Guardiola needs his new players to settle quickly.

Chelsea (+900)

Chelsea won the FIFA Club World Cup over the summer and they have once again been incredibly busy in the transfer market. Enzo Maresca has been given the likes of Joao Pedro, Jamie Gittens, Jorrel Hato, Liam Delap, Estevao, Dario Essugo, Mamadou Sarr and Kendry Paez to work with this season and if he can keep everybody happy with their minutes and first-team prospects, Chelsea have a squad capable of challenging the top 3.

Manchester United (+2500)

The 2024-25 Premier League campaign was nothing short of a disaster for Manchester United, but the arrival of Bryan Mbeumo, Matheus Cunha, Benjamin Sesko and left-back Diego Leon will hopefully breathe new life into their squad. Manager Ruben Amorim is desperate to make his 3-4-3 formation work at Old Trafford, but it looks far too soon for them to be considered title contenders.

Newcastle United (+4000)

Everything was looking positive for Newcastle after they won the EFL Cup in February. The Magpies then qualified for the Champions League, but their transfer plans have been poorly executed. Winger Anthony Elanga joined from Nottingham Forest, but star striker Alexander Isak has asked to leave the club and his relationship with the club’s fans is now at an all-time low. Eddie Howe has failed to agree deals for several transfer targets, and Newcastle will do well to finish in the top 5 at this rate.

2025-26 EPL winner best bet: Manchester City (+333)

Odds courtesy of bet365 and available at time of publishing.

While things went horribly wrong for Manchester City and Pep Guardiola last season, they still won the EPL in the 4 years previous and look primed to bounce back in this campaign. Despite a rocky spell in the middle of the season, the Citizens still finished 6 wins out of 7 and looked solid over the summer in the Club World Cup. They have added some solid reinforcements and boast arguably the best striker in the Premier League in Erling Haaland. Sportsbooks may be underestimating their chances and getting odds this big for the first time in years could prove to be a gift.
