The weekend is here and we have a full 15-game slate of Major League Baseball for us to enjoy. We have an intriguing schedule on our hands, headlined by a massive series in Los Angeles with Yankees vs Dodgers. Other series of interest include Red Sox vs Braves and Twins vs Mariners. There are more than enough betting opportunities, so let’s try to take advantage. Below are my MLB parlay picks for Friday, May 30, while you can also find out our MLB picks for EVERY game today.

MLB parlay pick: NY Yankees first 5 innings -0.5 over Dodgers (+100)

To start off our MLB parlay, I’ll take the Yankees to lead after 5 innings against the Dodgers. The Bronx Bombers are red hot entering this series, but it’s the pitching that has carried the Yankees of late, and that trend should continue on Friday in Los Angeles. Max Fried is no stranger to getting the ball in big matchups, and considering that he’s 4-0 with a 0.83 ERA and 0.89 WHIP on the road this season, he should still excel against a deep and talented Dodgers lineup. As for the hosts, Tony Gonsolin hasn’t been nearly as automatic, as he’s carrying a 4.68 ERA and 1.44 WHIP in 25 innings pitched over 5 outings. The right-hander holds an unsightly 6.30 ERA at home, so New York should be able to grab an early lead and hold it through the 5th inning in this clash of titans.

MLB parlay pick: New York Mets -1.5 over Colorado Rockies (-130)

For the 2nd leg of our parlay, we’re off to New York for a matchup between the Rockies and Mets. Fading the Rockies has proven to be a profitable endeavor all season long, and the Mets should be in a good position to pick up another win by margin at home against a pitching staff and bullpen that is ranked dead last in ERA (5.55) this season. David Peterson is set to take the mound for the Mets, and he currently holds a 2.79 ERA, while also allowing just 3 earned runs over his last 13.2 innings pitched against the Yankees and Dodgers. It certainly helps matters that he’ll be taking on a Rockies offense that is a massive step down from those units, so we’ll back the Mets to win comfortably to start this series.

MLB parlay pick: San Diego Padres -1.5 over Pittsburgh Pirates (+115)

To close out our MLB parlay, let’s back the Padres to win by multiple runs over the Pirates. While Mitch Keller has been solid for Pittsburgh to this point, the right-hander surrendered 4 runs on 8 hits against the Padres earlier this season, and I’m anticipating a similar result on the road in this one. San Diego should be in a much better position with right-hander Nick Pivetta, who has surrendered just 39 hits through 56.1 innings pitched this season. The Padres right-hander comes into this game having only allowed 2 runs over his last 12 innings pitched and he also holds a 1.44 ERA at home. These metrics are a big part of the reason why the Padres are 7-3 with Pivetta on the mound this season, and I don’t have much faith in the Pirates offense to keep up in this matchup.
