Best MLB Parlay Picks Today, Monday 6/16: 3-Leg Parlay at mega +682 odds: Great spot for Mariners at home

Seattle Mariners starting pitcher Logan Gilbert (36) walks off the field at the end of the fifth inning against the Toronto Blue Jays at T-Mobile Park.

Another Monday in the MLB season is finally here and we have a full 7-game slate of action on the diamond for us to enjoy. An intriguing schedule is on our hands, headlined by a massive rivalry series between the Padres and Dodgers — while the Red Sox head to Seattle for a date with the Mariners. There are more than enough betting opportunities on the card, so let’s try to take advantage with a 3-leg MLB parlay for the proceedings.

Below are my MLB parlay picks for Monday, June 16, while you can also find out our MLB picks for EVERY game today.

Mariners F5 -0.5 (-125)

Phillies F5 team total over 2.5 (+115)

Yankees -1.5 (+102)

MLB parlay pick: Seattle Mariners first 5 innings -0.5 over Boston Red Sox (-125)

To start off our MLB parlay, let’s take the Mariners to hold a lead after the first 5 innings. The Boston Red Sox appeared to be flying high following a sweep of their hated rivals from New York at home over the weekend. However, the vibes in the clubhouse probably will be quite low following the stunning news that star third baseman Rafael Devers was traded to the San Francisco Giants for a package that ultimately amounted to very little in terms of winning baseball players. Things won’t get any easier for Boston against a Mariners team that is not only coming off a successful sweep in their own right, but they’ll also be sending Logan Gilbert (2.37 ERA, 0.79 WHIP) to the mound at home. We’re expecting a quick start for Seattle against Lucas Giolito (5.45 ERA), and it’s hard to see the suddenly weakened Red Sox offense coming up with any answers following a cross-country trip with no rest day in between games.

MLB parlay pick: Phillies first 5 innings team total over 2.5 (+115)

For the second leg of our MLB parlay, we’re off to Miami to back the Phillies offense against Sandy Alcantara. It wasn’t long ago that Alcantara was one of the most dominant pitchers in baseball. However, this season has not gone to plan for the former ace following his return from Tommy John surgery. In fact, he has posted a paltry 7.14 ERA and 1.49 WHIP through his first 13 outings in 2025. Even if Alcantara improves on his season-long results, all we need for this bet to cash is for the Phillies lineup to put up 3 runs in the first 5 innings, which is certainly on the board. At the end of the day, Alcantara has allowed 3 or more runs in 9 of his last 11 starts — so we’ll go back to the well one more time and take the Phillies to exceed their team total in the first 5 innings on Monday.

MLB parlay pick: NY Yankees -1.5 over Los Angeles Angels (+102)

To close out our MLB parlay, let’s back the Yankees on the run line. On paper, this isn’t a great spot for the Yankees, as New York was just swept by the Red Sox and is now heading out west for a cross-country road trip and a date with the Angels in Anaheim. With that said, this is a clear talent mismatch and the Yankees should bounce back in front of a crowd that should be filled with plenty of fans for the visitors in this one. New York’s offense has struggled in recent games, but the Yankees should produce against Angels starter José Soriano, a right-hander whose expected metrics suggest that he’s due for some negative regression against a lineup that is still a top 5-10 unit in the sport. At the end of the day, we’ll back the visitors to get the job done in style on the road.
