Another week in Major League Baseball begins with a full 15-game slate on Monday. We’re back from the all-star break and the importance of every contest ratchets up with the trade deadline approaching. Today’s lineup includes Red Sox vs Phillies, Yankees vs Blue Jays and Brewers vs Mariners. There are more than enough betting opportunities with which to work, so let’s try to take advantage.

Below is my mega parlay, and also be sure to check out all of our MLB picks.

Yankees -1.5 (+146)

Giants (+108)

Brewers ML (+110)

MLB parlay odds: +975

New York Yankees -1.5 over Toronto Blue Jays (+146)

The Yankees took their last 2 games in Atlanta this past weekend, so they have momentum heading into this showdown against their American League East rivals. Carlos Rodon toeing the rubber should be additional good news for the visitors, because he is 10-6 with a 3.08 ERA, 1.00 WHIP and 135 strikeouts compared to just 41 walks in 119.2 innings of work. Kevin Gausman is going for Toronto, so New York’s lineup should be licking its chops. Aaron Judge is 16-for-43 lifetime against Gausman with 6 home runs, 3 doubles and 10 walks; Paul Goldschmidt is 9-for-16 with 1 homer and 5 walks; Giancarlo Stanton is 7-for-24 with 2 dingers and a double. With a guaranteed 9 innings’ worth of at-bats as the visiting team, New York has good value to cover the line.

San Francisco Giants ML over Atlanta Braves (+108)

The Braves’ pitching staff is so depleted that Spencer Strider and Grant Holmes are the only reliable starters. Bryce Elder normally would not be in the rotation, but he is given the circumstances. Elder is 3-6 with a 5.65 ERA and 1.51 WHIP. In 5 June outings he compiled a ridiculous 8.25 ERA. The right-hander has not been quite as hopeless so far in July, but he still hasn’t been good. Whereas Atlanta (43-55) is pretty much out of contention for a postseason spot, San Francisco (52-48) is in decent position for a wild card. Hayden Birdsong has been respectable for the Giants and he was stellar in his most recent appearance, working 5.0 innings of 1-run baseball during a 6-2 win over the Athletics on July 6. Give me the visitors as small underdogs.

Milwaukee Brewers ML over Seattle Mariners (+110)

Break up the Brewers! This red-hot club has won 10 games in a row, a stretch that includes 2 different 3-game sweeps of the Dodgers – most recently this past weekend. Six of their victories have come by multiple runs. There is no reason to think that Milwaukee will slow down with Brandon Woodruff on the bump. Since returning from injury earlier this month to begin his 2025 campaign, Woodruff is 1-0 with a 2.61 ERA, 0.18 WHIP and 18 strikeouts without any walks through 2 starts spanning 10.1 innings. George Kirby (4-4, 4.50 ERA) has not been anything special for Seattle this season. I’ll happily back the Brewers’ streak to continue.
