MLB parlay pick: Texas Rangers -1.5 over St. Louis Cardinals (+136)
To start off our MLB parlay, I’ll take the Rangers on the run line over the Cardinals. Even though the Rangers have been far from perfect this season, one constant in the Texas rotation has been the pitching of Jacob deGrom. The Rangers ace has surrendered just 7 runs over his last 36.1 innings pitched, and he heads in Sunday’s matchup with a 2.42 ERA, 0.95 WHIP and a 62-to-14 strikeout-to-walk ratio in 63.1 innings pitched this season. Texas has been able to win 4 of deGrom’s last 6 starts, despite being in poor form as a team in recent weeks. As for St. Louis, the Cardinals are countering with Erick Fedde, whose batted-ball profile and advanced metrics (5.21 xERA, bottom 10% strikeout rate & average exit velocity) suggest that he’s due for some major regression. Let’s back Texas as short favorites at home.
MLB parlay pick: New York Mets -1.5 over Colorado Rockies (-160)
For the second leg of our parlay, we’re off to New York for a matchup between the Rockies and Mets. Fading the Rockies has proven to be a profitable endeavor all season long, and the Mets should be in a good position to pick up another win by margin at home. Colorado is now a whopping 3-27 away from Coors Field following Saturday’s defeat, so it’s hard to ignore the data and stay away from fading Carson Palmquist (8.78 ERA) on the road. As for the hosts, Clay Holmes is set to take the mound for the Mets, and former reliever currently holds a 2.98 ERA, while also allowing just 20 earned runs in 60.1 innings pitched. Ultimately, there is no reason to get away from fading the Rockies, so this is a worthwhile addition to our mega parlay.

MLB parlay pick: LA Dodgers first 5 innings -0.5 over NY Yankees (-125)
To close out our MLB parlay, let’s back the Dodgers in the first 5 innings over the Yankees. The Dodgers have taken the first 2 games of this series in convincing fashion, and while I do think Los Angeles brings it home on Sunday, I’d rather target the portion of the game where the hosts have a distinct advantage on the mound. After all, Yankees starter Ryan Yarborough shouldn’t be a pitcher that the Dodgers scorching hot lineup struggles with. And even if the soft-tossing lefty puts together a solid start, all it takes is 1 or 2 runs for this parlay leg to be in play.
As for the home team, Los Angeles is going to send Yoshinobu Yamamoto to the mound — and the Japanese starter has established himself as a dominant ace this season. Yamamoto is coming off a pair of outstanding outings against the Diamondbacks and Guardians, in which he allowed just 4 hits and 2 total runs over a 13-inning span. Given that he’s had plenty of success against the Yankees lineup in multiple previous meetings, we can expect another excellent outing from the Dodgers best pitcher in this one.
