Best NBA Bets Today: Odds & Picks for every game on Thursday, November 20

Long-time NBA fan, following the game closely for 21 years now. Joined the Pickswise writing staff for the 2020-21 season and have given out winning picks since. Hopefully we can make some money together! Oh, and I firmly believe Lebron James is not one of the two best basketball players of all time. Yeah, I said it. Thursday brings us only 4 NBA games in total, but that doesn’t mean there will be a shortage of action across the Association. The game of the night is in San Antonio, where the Spurs entertain the Hawks looking to win their 3rd game in a row. NBA TV will have that game live at 8:00 pm ET. I’ve combed through each of tonight’s 4 matchups and have picked out my NBA best bets for each of them. Let’s dive in, while you can also find out our expert NBA picks for every game throughout the entire 2025-26 season.

Clippers vs Magic best bet: Magic -5.5 (-114)

Orlando has slowly turned things around with 7 wins in 10 games. The Magic have the NBA’s 7th-best defensive rating during this stretch, while also ranking 10th in Net Rating (+7). Meanwhile, the Clippers have been hit hard by the injury bug. Right now, they are being carried by a 36-year old James Harden; I’m not sure how sustainable that is in the long run. Go with the Magic in this one.

Kings vs Grizzlies best bet: Kings ML (+122)

These two have combined to lose 12 games in a row. Both are missing key players due to injuries, and neither is going to the postseason this year. I give a slight edge to Sacramento. The injury situation is slightly better with only Sabonis and Keegan Murray being out, plus they are 6-1 SU in 7 meetings with the Grizz.

76ers vs Bucks best bet: 76ers -2 (-110)

Even though the 76ers are playing on a 2nd night of a back-to-back, I still have to go with them here. Milwaukee is missing Giannis Antetokounmpo, and without him, the Bucks’ offensive rating drops from 1st to 30th. Sixers have covered in 8 of 12 games, it’s time they finally got one over the Bucks.

Hawks vs Spurs best bet: Over 230.5 (-110)

This matchup has produced quite a lot of points over the years – the last 10 meetings have averaged 245.3 points per game with 7 of those games cashing on the over. In games played in San Antonio, the over is 5-1 in the last 6, so even though both sides are missing key players due to injuries, I still like this bet. It has cashed in 6 of 9 for San Antonio and in 4 of 5 games for Atlanta.
