On the eve of Thanksgiving the NBA has prepared a monster night with a total of 18 teams hitting the hardwood, including a triple-header on ESPN. Yes, you’ve heard that right! The action begins as early as 5 pm ET in Boston as the Celtics and Pistons collide. After that we have the Timberwolves vs Thunder clash at 7.30 pm ET, followed by the Rockets vs Warriors who close it out at 10 pm ET.
I’ve prepared a Best Bet for every single game taking place on Wednesday – odds are courtesy of FanDuel. Head over to our NBA Picks page for in-depth predictions, but now let’s dive into my selections!
Pistons vs Celtics Best Bet: Pistons -3 (-108)
Don’t overthink this one. The Pistons have won 13 in a row, which is their longest win streak since the early 2000s. Boston just isn’t the powerhouse from seasons prior, with all the injuries slowing them down.

Knicks vs Hornets Best Bet: Knicks -6.5 (-114)
The Knicks need the win to stay in contention for the top spot in East Group C. Charlotte just lost their 6th game in a row, this team is likely to make major changes to its roster in the coming weeks or months.
Timberwolves vs Thunder Best Bet: Timberwolves +8.5 (-110)
OKC is the team to beat right now, but they could be without their best player and leading scorer Shai Gilgeous-Alexander here. After a pair of painful losses to Phoenix and Sacramento, I’m confident Minnesota will be competitive in this game.
Bucks vs Heat Best Bet: Heat -7 (-110)
No Giannis for the Bucks and we all know what that means. This isn’t even a lottery team right now, but Heat should win this one without issues.

Pacers vs Raptors Best Bet: Over 235.5 (-108)
The last 10 meetings have averaged 242.2 points per game and the over has cashed 7 times. Toronto is flying high right now, they’ll have no issues putting up 130+ here against one of the weakest defenses in the league.
Grizzlies vs Pelicans Best Bet: Pelicans +1 (-110)
It’s an opportunity to get a rare win for both teams, I’m giving the edge to the Pelicans but just barely. Maybe I was too impressed by their 143-130 win over the Bulls, but I feel like they should be beating a injury riddled Grizzlies side here.
Rockets vs Warriors Best Bet: Warriors ML (-126)
Rockets are without Kevin Durant, Seven Adams and Tari Eason. That’ll be too much to overcome against a home dominant Warriors team that’s 6-1 SU at Chase Center this season.

Spurs vs Blazers Best Bet: Over 238.5 (-110)
The over has cashed in 7 of 10 meetings, with an average of 236.5 points per game scored. This bet is also 5-1 in 6 meetings in Portland.
Suns vs Kings Best Bet: Kings ML (+152)
The Kings have pulled of back-to-back upset wins over Minnesota and Denver. Perhaps this could be a start of some type of run? They’ve covered in 4 of 5 home games against the Suns. Phoenix has mostly relied on beating bad teams to get to their 11-7 record, I’ve not been impressed by them at all.
