After a grueling first 4 games of this series, the Toronto Blue Jays and Los Angeles Dodgers will play a pivotal Game 5 of the World Series on Wednesday, following a Game 4 in which the Blue Jays bounced back nicely from a crushing Game 3 loss. Now, the Dodgers will look to take an all-important 3-2 series lead in front of their home fans. With Wednesday’s showdown set for 8:00 pm ET on FOX, it’s time to break down our Blue Jays vs Dodgers Same Game Parlay picks. You can also find out our expert MLB picks for every game of the 2025 World Series.
Dodgers ML (-207)
Blake Snell Over 17.5 outs (-170)
Freddie Freeman 2+ Hits+Runs+RBIs (-122)
Blue Jays vs Dodgers Same Game Parlay odds: +217
Part of the value in a Same Game Parlay, of course, is that all of its components can be correlated if you so choose. That is the plan here, as Freeman finishing with at least 2 Hits + Runs + RBI and Blake Snell working well into the game would obviously work well with a Dodgers win and cover. Let’s break down all of the SGP legs.
LA Dodgers ML over Toronto Blue Jays (-207)
Following an exhausting and exultant Game 3 finish, the Dodgers came out as flat as a pancake in Game 4, particularly at the plate. However, this is still a team that has been in this position time and again in recent years, and I don’t expect there to be any panic from the hosts in a pivotal Game 5. The Dodgers boast an excellent home record and they’ll also have Blake Snell on the mound, who did get roughed up a bit in Game 1, but has the reputation of being an excellent big-game pitcher for a reason.
Snell was sensational in his previous 2 outings this postseason and I expect a bounce-back effort for the left-hander. Conversely, Trey Yesavage was shaky in Game 1, and that came at home, and he’s not been sharp in each of his last 3 outings this postseason. Let’s back the Dodgers to win the first of this series that is now a best-of-3.

Blake Snell over 17.5 outs (-170)
The Dodgers have been at their best this postseason when they have been able to get length from their starting pitching. That is especially the case following a very taxing Game 3 on the bullpen, and it’s also worth wondering if the Los Angeles relievers are going to be reliable in this massive contest, seeing as they struggled mightily in both Game(s) 1 and 4. Dave Roberts basically has no choice but to stick with his starters for at least 6 innings of work on Thursday, and Blake Snell should bounce back and clear this outs prop for the third time this postseason.

Freddie Freeman 2+ Hits+Runs+RBIs (-122)
Freddie Freeman has already had some massive moments in this series, and he continued to produce in Game 4 on a night where most of the Dodger offense as sound asleep. With that in mind, I’ll be targeting Freeman’s Hits+Runs+RBIs prop for a game in which he should have plenty of chances to capitalize with runners in scoring position, especially since Freeman bats 2 spots in the order below Ohtani.
We know that Ohtani has the potential to be walked multiple times and Freeman could drive him in, plus the first baseman has cleared this prop in each of the last 3 games, as his bat has been a constant in the Los Angeles lineup. Freeman is one of the most consistent bats in this series and he should have another solid outing on Wednesday.
