The Friday slate in Week 12 of the college football season features an ACC battle between the Clemson Tigers and Louisville Cardinals. It has been a disastrous 2025 campaign for the Tigers, who are 4-5 overall and 3-4 in the conference. The Cardinals, on the other hand, come in ranked (#20) with a 7-2 record (4-2 ACC).
Here is my Same Game Parlay for the festivities, which get underway at 7:30 pm ET on ESPN. Also be sure to check out our full Clemson vs Louisville predictions.
Louisville -2.5 (-120)
Over 51.5 (-105)
Chris Bell Over 80.5 receiving yards (-114) and to score a touchdown (-125)
Parlay odds: +515
Part of the value in a Same Game Parlay, of course, is that all of its components can be correlated if you so choose. That is the entire plan here, as Louisville wide receiver Chris Bell having a huge night would obviously work well with a win and cover by the Cardinals in addition to the over. Let’s break down all of the legs.
Louisville -2.5 (-120)
Louisville is coming off a rough overtime loss to Cal, severely damaging its hopes to make the ACC championship game. If nothing else, though, that result should have the Cardinals storming out of the gates like gangbusters on Friday. Former USC signal-caller Miller Moss has thrown too many interceptions this season (7), but he has also thrown for 2,132 yards and 11 touchdowns. The good version of Moss should be on display in this one against a generous Clemson pass defense. On the other side of the ball, a stout Louisville defense has already been tested by the likes of Miami, Virginia and Pittsburgh, performing very well in those situations. It should be more than ready for a Clemson team that has been a massive disappointment.
Over 51.5 (-105)
Early money came in on the under, perhaps due to Clemson holding 3 of its last 5 opponents – including Florida State last weekend – to exactly 10 points. However, the more recent trend has been behind the over – likely because of the realization that the Tigers have underwhelmed defensively against tougher competition. Head coach Dabo Swinney’s squad gave up 35 points to SMU in mid-October and 46 to Duke earlier this month. As for Clemson’s offense, it is starting to show signs of life. That unit has produced 38, 41, 24, 45 and 24 points in the past 5 outings. Cade Klubnik boasts an 8-to-1 touchdown-to-interception ratio in the last 4 games after getting picked off 4 times in the first 4 contests of 2025.
Chris Bell Over 80.5 receiving yards (-114) and to score a touchdown (-125)
Bell has been going wild for Louisville this season. The senior from Yazoo City, Miss. comes in with 62 receptions for 792 yards and 6 touchdowns. On 3 occasions he has racked up at least 135 yards, and twice he has scored 2 TDs in a single game. Bell should be in line for another big outing at Clemson’s expense. The Tigers are outside the top 100 nationally in passing defense, allowing 245.1 yards per game to go along with 12 touchdowns through the air.
