DraftKings: DFS GPP & Cash Lineups For March 6

We have a busy night in DFS in the NBA as there are twenty teams in action tonight. We also have an exciting night in the NHL with a six-game slate. This article will give you my top plays at each price level for cash games and GPP tournaments on DraftKings as well as my top center, wing, and goalie tonight in the NHL. Let’s begin by taking a look at my top plays for cash games tonight in the NBA.

NBA Cash Game:

Point Guard, Trae Young, Atlanta Hawks ($9,900): The Atlanta Hawks are in a favorable match-up tonight when they go up against the Washington Wizards. Atlanta has the 2nd highest team total tonight at 120.75 points. The Wizards are allowing the most points in the NBA this season, with 120.18 points per game. Washington is also allowing the 2nd most DraftKings points to the point guard position. Young has the potential to go for well over 60 DraftKings points tonight.

Shooting Guard, Devin Booker, Phoenix Suns ($8,400): With Deandre Ayton out for the Suns tonight, I look for even more scoring opportunities for Booker tonight when they go up against the Portland Trail Blazers. The game has a total of 231 points, which is one of the highest game totals tonight in the NBA. The Suns also have the 10th highest team total, with 113.75 points. I look for Booker to have a monster night in the absence of Ayton and have one of his highest DraftKings night of the season.

Guard, Malik Beasley, Minnesota Timberwolves ($5,900): The Minnesota Timberwolves have the 8th highest team total tonight with 115.5 points. Minnesota will be taking on the Orlando Magic. This game is also one of our NBA Picks to go over the total tonight. The Magic are allowing the 8th most DraftKings points to the shooting guard position this season. Beasley is coming off a 31.25 DraftKings night performance against the Bulls. I expect him to have a better night in this game and exceed the 6x return on value against the Magic.

NBA GPP:

Center, Nikola Vucevic, Orlando Magic ($8,900): The Minnesota Timberwolves will once again be without KAT and have struggled to rebound with him out of the lineup. Vucevic is one of the top players at the center position in the NBA, as he is averaging 10.9 rebounds per game. I look for Vucevic to get closer to 15 rebounds in this game and to go for over 25 points. I love Vucevic tonight in DFS.

Small Forward, Brandon Ingram, New Orleans Pelicans ($8,000): New Orleans has the 4th highest team total tonight when they go up against the Miami Heat with 117.25 points. The Heat are not as strong defensively on the road as they are at home as they are allowing 111.42 points on the road versus 107.03 points at home. I love Brandon Ingram in this spot tonight, and I look for Ingram to get above his 42.1 DraftKings points average against the Heat.

Point Guard, Mike Conley, Utah Jazz ($5,400): The Utah Jazz may not have a high team total tonight at 109.25 points. However, I look for the Jazz to go over that number tonight as this is one of our NBA Picks to go over the game total. I also like Conley in this spot as the Celtics are only average against the point guard position this season, and Conley is averaging over 29.5 DraftKings points over his last four games.

NHL Top Plays:

Center, Nathan MacKinnon, Colorado Avalanche ($8,700): The Colorado Avalanche are one of the highest-scoring teams in the NHL this season as they are averaging 3.42 goals per game. They are going up against the Canucks, who are allowing an average of 3.15 goals per game. MacKinnon is one of the top players in the league at the center position and should have an excellent game tonight. He is averaging 17.9 DraftKings points per game and is coming off a 28.5-point DraftKings performance against the Ducks.

Wing, Alex DeBrincat, Chicago Blackhawks ($4,700): I love the total in this game tonight, and I think the Blackhawks are in line for a massive scoring night tonight going against the worst team in the NHL this season. DeBrincat is an excellent mid-level player at the wing position tonight and is coming off a 29-point game against the Oilers yesterday.

Goalie, Cam Talbot, Calgary Flames ($8,300): The Calgary Flames are playing in a game with one of the lowest totals tonight. Calgary is also one of our NHL Picks on the night and is a -145 money line favorite at home. All of these reasons are why Cam Talbot makes the most sense tonight as our starting goalie in NHL DFS.
