One of the biggest games on Sunday’s MLB slate comes on the west coast, where the Los Angeles Dodgers will host the San Francisco Giants in a battle for supremacy in the National League West on Sunday Night Baseball. The Dodgers have been inconsistent over the past few weeks, but they are coming off an excellent victory on Saturday, having dispatched of San Francisco by an 11-5 score following Friday’s loss. On the other side, the Giants are looking to secure a series victory and sit atop the NL West for the first time since early in the season.
To add a little more excitement to this matchup, I have pieced together my Giants vs Dodgers Same Game Parlay picks at +405 odds. You can also get MLB picks on the side and total for Sunday’s big matchups.
Will Smith to record an RBI (+140)
Heliot Ramos to record 2+ total bases (+125)
Giants vs Dodgers Same Game Parlay odds: +405
Will Smith to record an RBI (+140)
To start off our Giants vs Dodgers Same Game Parlay, we’ll go with Will Smith to record an RBI. Smith is in the midst of a tremendous season at the plate, particularly when there are runners in scoring position. Considered one of the best catchers in the game, Smith should have plenty of other opportunities for success against Kyle Harrison (4.56 ERA, 48.5% hard-hit rate) and the San Francisco bullpen on Sunday. It certainly helps matters that he is batting behind the likes of Shohei Ohtani, Mookie Betts and Freddie Freeman in the lineup, so Smith figures to have teammates on base when he steps into the box. Seeing that we’re getting a plus money price on this wager, Smith has good value to record an RBI.
Heliot Ramos to record 2+ total bases (+125)
For our second and final leg in our Same Game Parlay, let’s go with Heliot Ramos to record 2+ total bases. Ramos is in the midst of the best season of his career, and his success has continued into the last week, as he has reached base 9 times and recorded 3 RBIs over his last 5 games. He will be taking on Dustin May (4.59 xERA, .267 xBA) on Sunday, a pitcher that is known for struggling with his command on plenty of occasions. Ramos has yet to face off against May in his career, but he is hitting .301 with 9 home runs and 28 RBIs in 222 plate appearances against right-handed pitchers this season. Ultimately, I’ll bank on Ramos’ strong season to continue on Sunday.
