There is plenty of great horse racing action to look forward to across America on Tuesday, including at Finger Lakes race track. Here are 4 runners whom we expected to have a leg up on the rest of the competition. We have been crushing our horse picks for several months now (up 189.45 units dating back to Aug. 5) and plan on maintaining the momentum!

2:18 pm Finger Lakes (Race 5) – Starship Oreo 3/2
Race 5 at Finger Lakes is a $12,600 Claiming contest over an extended mile trip and Starship Oreo, who has been in fantastic form in recent weeks, can win this under jockey Luis Perez. This colt has been getting the hang of things of late as, after five attempts at the course, he finally broke his maiden tag here last month before finishing second on two occasions in this grade, both of which were promising efforts, and he doesn’t have much to beat here.
2:45 pm Finger Lakes (Race 6) – Thanxforlastnite 5/1
Harris Duke’s Thanxforlastnite has yet to win so far this campaign but she has been knocking on the door and this could be the right time to catch her in Race 6 at Finger Lakes. She is a front runner with plenty of course experience and a recent second over course and distance certainly bodes well coming into this and I can see her dominating this small field from start to finish.
3:12 pm Finger Lakes (Race 7) – Nueva York 4/1
The penultimate race at Finger Lakes is a $26,700 Allowance over a sprint trip of five and a half furlongs and this one can go to Nueva York who has won in this grade on two occasions and has more than enough ability to win this. He was an easy winner of a similar event here three starts back and this race could set up perfectly as there looks to be plenty of early pace on and he can pick them off late.
3:39 pm Finger Lakes (Race 8) – Triton’s Song 8/1
A tricky looking $32,100 Maiden Special Weight is the eighth and final race at Finger Lakes and I like the look of Triton’s Song who is a seventeen race maiden but has shown signs of ability in the past and he may finally get his head in front. He has hit the board on multiple occasions here and the horses at the top of the market haven’t shown much more ability than him so far in their careers so it would not surprise me should he win this.
