An expensive purchase at Ocala earlier this year the Tapit colt caught the eye when runner-up over 6 furlongs at Aqueduct in his debut in September. He subsequently justified odds-on favouritism when drawing 4 1/2 lengths clear of his 5 rivals in a mile maiden special weight on a muddy main track there last month.
He overcame a bump at the start on that occasion and is selected to follow up stepping up to stakes company for the first time for handler Shug McGaughey.
