One of the biggest games on the Week 4 college football slate comes in Bloomington, Indiana, where the Indiana Hoosiers will take on the Illinois Fighting Illini in a pivotal Big Ten clash on Saturday. Both of these teams have aspirations of making a run at the College Football Playoff and this contest is imperative for each of their goals this season. What side will come out on top under the lights at Indiana Memorial Stadium?

With so much intrigue in this Week 4 game of the 2025 college football season, an Illinois vs Indiana Same Game Parlay is in order. Here are my favorite parlay picks for this matchup.

Indiana ML (-230)

Under 52.5 (-110)

Indiana ML over Illinois (-230)

While Illinois enters this game with more hype and expectations, the betting market is certainly not fooled, and I’m inclined to agree with the money coming in on Indiana. After all, Fernando Mendoza certainly looks like one of the better quarterbacks in the nation to this point, and the Hoosiers have plenty of skill position talent at their disposal against an Illini secondary that has certainly struggled in the lone game where they had to play a competent offense.

On the other side of the ball, I’m still not sold on Luke Altmyer and the Illinois passing attack, as the Illini have also struggled with generating explosiveness on offense, particularly in the passing game, and that factors in games against Western Michigan and a very poor Western Illinois team in Week 1. As for the hosts, Indiana’s defense is an experienced veteran group and the Hoosiers will certainly be looking to generate turnovers against an Illinois side that has not thrown an interception or lost a fumble to this point in the season. Ultimately, I’ll trust my instincts and lay the number with the Hoosiers

Under 52.5 (-110)

Both of these teams are capable of being very explosive, and we’ve seen as such in each of their first 3 games. However, this is a step-up in class for both sides on Saturday, and this game should be played at a much slower a pace on a down-to-down basis. After all, both of these teams are outside the top 100 in plays per game, along with similar marks in plays per minute. Couple that with the fact that Indiana has been a particularly strong side in terms of controlling the clock, and all signs point to a more deliberate game flow in Bloomington. With that in mind, it’s not a shock that the market has come down a bit off the opener of 54 for this game

Elijah Sarratt over 4.5 receptions (-120)

To close out our Same Game Parlay for this weekend’s matchup, let’s focus on a veteran receiver to make a massive impact for Indiana. Elijah Sarratt has quietly been one of the top wideouts in the nation over the last year-plus, and I expect his high level of production to continue in a matchup against an Illinois secondary that plays a ton of man coverage. With plenty of 1-on-1 opportunities on the menu, Sarratt and Mendoza should be able to establish an early connection in this one, and I’d expect that to hold true throughout this contest. Sarratt has 15 receptions through the first 3 games of the season, and considering that 2 of those games were massive blowouts, he should see more time on the field on Saturday. It wouldn’t shock me if Sarratt finished with closer to 10 receptions than 5.
