Week 15 of the NFL season will conclude the Sunday portion of its schedule with an NFC showdown between the Minnesota Vikings and Dallas Cowboys on Sunday Night Football. While this isn’t one of the most important contests of the weekend, there are still plenty of opportunities to make some money on the game, so let’s try to take advantage with our Vikings vs Cowboys Same Game Parlay picks for Sunday, which gets underway at 8:20 pm ET on NBC. Make sure you also keep an eye on our NFL picks for every game this week.
Cowboys to win by 1-10 points over Minnesota Vikings (+135)
Jake Ferguson anytime touchdown scorer (+115)
Vikings vs Cowboys Same Game Parlay odds: +410
Dallas Cowboys to win by 1-10 points over Minnesota Vikings (+135)
While the Vikings have taken money in the market this week, I don’t quite see Minnesota pulling off the outright upset in what is a must-win spot for Dallas at home. However, in order to extract some value on this leg, I’ll be taking the Cowboys to win and selecting the Vikings +10.5 in the alternate spread market at DraftKings. These two legs end up being plays that somewhat contradict on paper, meaning that there’s value on pairing them together. This is a game that I project to be close from the opening kick, and I don’t see either side winning by double digits given the issues for Minnesota on offense and Dallas on defense. Given how many close contests each team has played in this season, it’s hard to see this one being a blowout in either direction. Ultimately, I’m looking for a close, low-scoring game that ultimately results in a Cowboys victory at home.

Jake Ferguson anytime touchdown scorer (+115)
Regardless of which team comes out on top in this game, my expectation is that Jake Ferguson will have an impact on the outcome. The Cowboys tight end is typically a major weapon in the short and intermediate passing game, and he should be in good position to succeed on Sunday against a Vikings defense that has the capability to get to the opposing quarterback with Brian Flores’ blitz-heavy scheme. With that in mind, Dak Prescott should be looking for his tight end early and often against those looks, which he should see throughout the contest, especially in the red zone. It just so happens that Ferguson has already racked up 7 touchdowns in 13 games on the season, so we’ll trust him to add to that total on Sunday at home. Â
