The action in the association rolls on with a juicy 9-game NBA slate tonight, and things are beginning to heat up with less than a month of the regular season remaining. Among the matchups is a hot ESPN doubleheader, kicking off with Warriors vs Celtics at 7:00 pm ET before Lakers vs Rockets at 9:30 pm ET. I’ve assessed every matchup and have picked out my best NBA player prop bets for Wednesday, March 18. Our player props experts are on a HUGE 12-3 run, so let’s keep that momentum rolling tonight! Best NBA player prop bet: Nickeil Alexander-Walker (ATL) over 4.5 first-quarter points (-132)
Odds available at FanDuel Sportsbook at time of publishing.
This is a man we do not bet on much, but he has been absolutely hooping. Nickeil Alexander-Walker is fresh off a wildly impressive 41-point outing, and he has hit this line in 9 straight games. NAW has taken a massive leap forward for Atlanta since the departure of Trae Young. He finds himself against a Dallas Mavericks team that he has already torched this season for a 7-point first quarter. Dallas allows the 11th-most points to point guards, which makes this an above-average matchup. Alexander-Walker shoots over 52% of his field-goal attempts from three, so this has a very real chance to cash early with 2 made field goals. This bet has a lot going for it, and I’m hoping it will continue our very hot streak. Let’s roll!
