Week 4 of the NFL season has already delivered plenty of excitement and drama, and we still have one last game on Monday Night Football to close out the proceedings. An AFC East showdown is left on the cards and it features the New York Jets against a Miami Dolphins team that is looking to win its first game of the season at home. This matchup isn’t the most compelling game this week, but there are still opportunities to make some money on the game, so let’s try to take advantage with our Jets vs Dolphins Same Game Parlay picks for MNF, which gets underway at 7:15 pm ET on ESPN. Make sure you also keep an eye on our NFL picks for every game this season.

Dolphins -2.5 (-120)

Despite losing to the Bills in Week 3, the Dolphins were pretty impressive in keeping the game within the number on the road. Miami still profiles as a poor passing offense through 3 weeks, but the Dolphins should be able to see at least some success against a Jets defense that’s allowing 7.6 yards per pass (24th) and surrendered at least 30 points the last 2 times they visited Hard Rock Stadium. On the ground, Miami is racking up 5.2 yards per carry, and the Jets run defense is vulnerable, as we’ve seen in every game involving New York this season. More importantly, Justin Fields and this Jets passing game inspires no confidence, so let’s trust in the Miami defense to bottle down the New York offense on Monday.

Under 44.5 (-112)

The Dolphins have traditionally been an over team in recent years, but the under is actually our preferred side in this contest. Despite Miami looking more like its old self against the Bills a week ago, but the Dolphins still only gained 276 total yards against a Bills defense that has shown itself to be one of the weaker units in the league through the first month. On the other side, the Jets have serious problems throughout their offensive operation, which should continue to show itself on the road with Fields presumably not fully healthy coming off a concussion. Given the evidence from both teams, the under is the only way we can look.

Breece Hall over 56.5 rushing yards (-114)

Given the state of the Jets passing attack, I can’t back any props for the New York wide receivers at the moment. However, Breece Hall should be able to have success on the ground on Monday after a couple of difficult weeks, especially considering the opponent. The Dolphins run defense is extremely poor, as Miami ranks 28th in rushing defense, 31st in EPA per rush and 32nd in success rate allowed. Given the fact that Miami has allowed 71, 54, and 108 yards rushing to the opposing teams’ starting running backs over the previous 3 weeks, we’ll back Hall to clear his rushing prop for the second time this season.
