Week 9 NFL Weather Report & Game Day Forecasts

Mark Ingram Running Against Dolphins

As we move into November, the weather will start to become more of a factor. NFL teams in northern cities will begin to have freezing temperatures and some snow, which will affect the spreads and totals of the games. This article serves the purpose of doing a game by game forecast and how the NFL weather Report could save your bets. We’ll begin by taking a look at the London game.

London Game:

Texans vs. Jaguars in London: London is expected to see a 30 percent chance of rain, with a high of 54 degrees and winds out of the WSW at eight mph. With a little chance of rain, the weather is worth monitoring. However, with only a 30 percent chance, it’s unlikely to play a significant factor.

1:00 Games

Redskins at Bills: The forecast in Buffalo on Sunday shows partly cloudy skies with a high of 42 degrees and winds out of the W at 17 mph. The weather is a little on the cooler side. However, the temperature isn’t freezing. The one thing that could affect the game is the winds at 17 mph. The weather will likely affect the passing game for both teams, as well as the total.

Jets at Dolphins: There is a 30 percent chance for thunderstorms in Miami on Sunday with a high of 84 degrees and winds out of the NE at ten mph. There is a slight chance of thunderstorms on Sunday. However, it is only a small chance of rain. The winds are at ten mph, which could have a little effect on the game as well.

Colts at Steelers: The game in Pittsburgh on Sunday is expected to see partly cloudy skies with a 10 percent chance of rain a high of 46 degrees and winds out of the WSW at ten mph. This is nearly perfect forecast for the football game, so weather is unlikely to play a significant factor in the side or total.

Vikings at Chiefs: The forecast looks good in Kansas City as there is a 0 percent chance of rain with partly cloudy skies a high of 60 degrees and winds out of the SW at 13 mph. The winds could play a small factor; however, the rest of the forecast looks perfect for the game in Kansas City.

Bears at Eagles: Philadelphia is expected to see sunny skies with a 0 percent chance of rain a high of 52 degrees and winds out of the WNW at 11 mph. The forecast looks good in Philadelphia, and the weather is unlikely to play a significant factor in the outcome of the game. Therefore, the forecast shouldn’t be taken into account when deciding on the side or total in the game.

Titans at Panthers: There is a 0 percent chance of rain with a high of 60 degrees and winds out of N at six mph. The forecast is nearly perfect football weather for the game on Sunday and is unlikely to play a factor in the outcome of the game.

4:05 Games

Lions at Raiders: There is a 0 percent chance of rain on Sunday with a high of 72 degrees and winds out of the W at eight mph. Another game this week in which the weather is unlikely to play a significant factor in the game.

Buccaneers at Seahawks: Seattle is expected to see partly cloudy skies with a 10 percent chance of rain a high of 55 degrees and winds out of the N at four mph. This is another game in which weather is unlikely to play a factor in the outcome of the game. The weather should not be taken into consideration when betting the side or total in the game.

4:25 Games:

Browns at Broncos: The weather in Denver on Sunday is expected to be mostly sunny with a 0 percent chance of rain a high of 54 degrees and winds out of the WNW at six mph. The forecast projects to be perfect football weather, so the weather is unlikely to play a factor in the outcome in the game on Sunday.

Packers at Chargers: Los Angeles’s forecast on Sunday is expected to have sunny skies with a high of 81 degrees winds out of the W at four mph and a 0 percent chance of rain. Another game that is projected to have perfect football weather. As a result, the weather should not be taken into consideration when betting on the side or total in this match-up.

Sunday Night Football:

Patriots at Ravens: The low on Sunday night in Baltimore is 37 degrees. However, there is a 0 percent chance of rain, and winds are out of the WNW at ten mph. The skies are clear, and the temperature is cold. The forecast is perfect weather for tough-nosed football. I look for both defenses to look solid in this game. However, the weather isn’t going to play a factor on Sunday night despite the temperature being on the colder side.

Monday Night Football:

Cowboys at Giants: Partly cloudy skies, a low of 45 degrees, with a 10 percent chance of rain and winds out of the S at seven mph are expected in New York for Monday Night’s game. Another game in which the weather is not going to be a factor for the game this week.

Despite there not being a dome game on Sunday or Monday, there aren’t any games in which the weather is going to play a factor. This is also odd since we are now in November when the weather is going to be cold and chances or snow. I expect that to change, the closer we get towards December, though.
