Week 6 of the 2025 NFL season will begin with a showdown in the NFC East between the Philadelphia Eagles and New York Giants on Thursday Night Football. Philadelphia’s Super Bowl title defense is off to a solid start at 4-1, but it really should be 5-0 after collapsing at home in the 4th quarter against Denver this past weekend. New York is 1-4, although it has at least managed to win once since rookie Jaxson Dart took over at quarterback. Let’s break down my Eagles vs Giants Same Game Parlay picks for TNF, which get underway at 8:15 pm ET on Amazon Prime Video. Giants +7.5 (-126)
Cam Skattebo to record 60+ rushing yards (+162)
Saquon Barkley to score a touchdown (-155)
Eagles vs Giants Same Game Parlay odds: +600
Part of the value in a Same Game Parlay, of course, is that all of its components can be correlated if you so choose. That is some of the plan here, as New York running back Cam Skattebo racking up his fair share of rushing yards would obviously work well with a Giants cover. At the same time, plays that aren’t correlated drive up the overall payout of the parlay. That is the case with also backing Philadelphia running back Saquon Barkley to find the end zone. But even if he does, there is no reason why the G-Men can’t keep it close. Let’s break down each of the 3 legs.

New York Giants +7.5 over Philadelphia Eagles (-126)
Right now, the Eagles are a good team, but they aren’t great. Great teams don’t blow 17-3 4th-quarter leads at home against the Broncos. They are also dealing with more than a few injury issues on both sides of the ball. It’s also worth noting that even when Philadelphia has found the win column, not a single victory this season has come by more than 1 possession. As we have seen already this season, spreads of a touchdown or more are dangerous in a league with lots of parity. The Eagles may prevail, but the Giants should be able to make the game competitive in their own friendly confines of MetLife Stadium.
New York is much better than last weekend’s loss to New Orleans would suggest. That was all due to committing 5 turnovers, which you can’t expect to happen again. Keep in mind that this is a team that upset the Chargers in Week 4. Give me the underdogs to stay close on the scoreboard.

Cam Skattebo to record 60+ rushing yards (+162)
Wide receiver Malik Nabers is out for the year with a torn ACL and fellow WR Darius Slayton is questionable. Expect the Giants to rely heavily on the ground game on Thursday night, especially since that will milk the clock and keep the Eagles’ offense off the field for as long as possible. And that ground game features Cam Skattebo as the main protagonist. The rookie out of Arizona State has gotten 63 carries this season compared to Tyrone Tracy Jr.’s 22 and Devin Singletary’s 21. Skattebo has turned those opportunities into 240 yards and 2 touchdowns. Philadelphia’s defense is giving up 126.8 rushing yards per contest on 4.7 yards per attempt.

Saquon Barkley to score a touchdown (-155)
Following Philly’s home loss to Denver, everyone was wondering about the club’s lack of production in the run game. On Monday, the answer was revealed: Barkley is not 100 percent due to a sore knee. Still, he is good to go for TNF. I’m not expecting a ton of yards, but a touchdown should be a given. The Penn State product has found the end zone in 4 of his team’s 5 outings so far. New York is surrendering 25.4 yards per game and has given up 6 TDs on the ground through 5 games.
