There are 10 tasty Premier League fixtures this weekend, headlined by Arsenal’s attempt to maintain their advantage at the top of the table when they head for Bournemouth and Aston Villa’s attempt to remain within striking distance of the Gunners and Manchester City. Here are all of our expert soccer picks for the weekend action in England, with the odds available at DraftKings Sportsbook at the time of publishing.

EPL Best Bet: Nottingham Forest Double Chance over Aston Villa (-105)

Aston Villa are enjoying an excellent season, but Unai Emery’s men could be heading for a tough contest when Nottingham Forest head to Villa Park on Saturday. Villa have put a lot into festive fixtures against Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United, and Emery’s men were hit hard in the second-half of their 4-1 defeat to the Gunners last time out.

Alysson, Ross Barkley, Evann Guessand, Tyrone Mings, Amadou Onana and Pau Torres are all missing for Villa this weekend and that could open the door to Forest. The Tricky Trees will need to produce more than they managed in a 2-0 loss against Everton on Tuesday night, but Sean Dyche’s side are fancied on the double chance market.

EPL Best Bet: Leeds ML over Manchester United (+155)

Leeds rate the standout play on this weekend’s Premier League coupon. Thursday’s 0-0 Anfield draw against Liverpool made it 6 matches without defeat for the Whites, who rate as a progressive team. Daniel Farke’s side have faced Liverpool twice, Sunderland, Crystal Palace, Brentford and Chelsea in their last 6 outings, which is a fairly tough run of fixtures, and it’s to Leeds’ credit that they have come through that run unbeaten.

Farke has found a system that can deliver consistently strong performances, and the same can’t be said for Manchester United. The Red Devils were awful in a 1-1 draw against bottom club Wolves last time out, and it’s only 3 wins in 10 top-flight contests for Ruben Amorim’s men. United remain without key players through injury and international duty, and there is little in their recent form to suggest the Red Devils can down Leeds at Elland Road.

EPL Best Bet: Sunderland ML over Tottenham (+330)

Tottenham have won only 1 of their last 8 home Premier League games, and they search for some momentum when Sunderland travel to north London on Sunday. Spurs hit only 3 shots on target and failed to create a single chance of note in a 0-0 draw at Brentford on New Year’s Day, and the fans appear to be turning on manager Thomas Frank. His side have scored only twice in their last 4 top-flight matches, and the only victory on that shot-shy run was a fortunate 1-0 success over Crystal Palace.

Sunderland held Manchester City to a 0-0 draw on Thursday night, and the Black Cats have lost only 1 of their last 7 Premier League fixtures. Regis Le Bris’ men have saved their best for the Stadium of Light this term, but Sunderland have won at Chelsea and Nottingham Forest this season, so the trip south shouldn’t be intimidating.
