New York hopes to bounce back following a disappointing showing against the Detroit Pistons on Thursday as they host Kevin Durant and his Houston Rockets. ABC will have the tip-off at 8.30 pm ET this Saturday, in what should be the game of the night.

For this occasion, I’ve prepared a Same Game Parlay priced at +397 odds, featuring three Player Prop Bets. Our NBA Picks will include predictions for all 6 games being played this Saturday, be sure to check those out. Let’s dive into my SGP bet now!

Karl-Anthony Towns to Record 10+ Rebounds (-172)

OG Anunoby 2+ Made Threes (-146)

Kevin Durant to Score 25+ Points (+100)

Same Game Parlay odds: +397

Karl-Anthony Towns to Record 10+ Rebounds (-172)

He might not be the offensive player he was under the leadership of Tom Thibodeau, but at least his rebounding is on par with what he averaged last year. Karl-Anthony Towns is one of the more criticized Knicks players this season, his name was up in the air as a potential trade candidate before the deadline, but with that date passing he can now fully focus on playing out the rest of this season with the Knicks. New York will need his rebounding game to be on point if they want to get a result on Saturday, as we all know the Rockets are the top team in the NBA in this department averaging 59 rebounds a night. That’s 3.8 rebounds more than the 2nd placed Portland Trail Blazers, which just highlights how good they are in this area. Steven Adams being out injured certainly helps KAT, that’s one less physical player he has to deal with down low. In the last 10 meetings he’s averaging 10.7 boards per game, for the season he has cashed on this bet in 42 of 53 games which is a confidence inspiring success rate of 79%.

OG Anunoby 2+ Made Threes (-146)

Over his last 6 games OG is averaging 20.3 points per game on 51% from the field and 40% from three. Those numbers would have been even better if he didn’t have one of his worst performances of the season on Thursday, scoring just 8 points in the double-digit loss to the Pistons. I’m hoping that defeat rallies the troops a bit for Anunoby and the Knicks as they host one of the elite Western Conference teams on Saturday. OG has had the steady hand from downtown lately, converting on a pair of threes in 7 of his last 10 games. He has cashed on this bet in 26 of 43 games played this season which comes out to a success rate of 60%. He’s even better in home games at 62% (16/26 games), so I’m hoping he can use that to his advantage here. Houston allows the 10th most three pointers and the 8th most points to opposing Small Forwards this year, so you could say they are having issues in this area of play. Anunoby’s last 4 games vs Houston have seen him score 5, 2, 4 and 3 threes, while in the last 10 meetings he’s knocked down at least one three in 9 of them.

Kevin Durant to Score 25+ Points (+100)

Believe it or not, this will be Kevin Durant’s first game at Madison Square Garden since 2022 when he was with the Brooklyn Nets. His last 3 appearances there have seen him score 32, 26 and 41 points, having not played there for such a long time I think KD is due for a big time performance. He’s actually averaging more points on the road than at home this season, stepping up for his team when adversity hits. Not only is he averaging 2.6 points per game more in those games, but his efficiency from the field is up by 8.2% and 9.3% from downtown. New York’s interior defense has slipped a little over the past 3 games with them allowing 51.3 points per game in that area, that’s a stark difference compared to their season average of 45 per game which has them ranked 4th best in the entire NBA. Expect KD to be extra aggressive in his offensive approach because of this, we just saw him come out of the All-Star break with an impressive performance against the Hornets where he scored 35 points on 14-for-20 shooting. The Knicks defense won’t be able to contain him on Saturday.
