Aston Villa are still just 3 points behind fifth-placed Chelsea, who currently occupy the final Champions League spot, despite losing 2-1 to Manchester City in their last EPL game. Unai Emery’s men also suffered a loss in the FA Cup semifinals last weekend but have a very solid record at home and should be able to bounce back against Fulham. The hosts have only lost once at Villa Park in the league all season and have won 10 of their last 13 matches in all competitions.
Fulham have lost 4 of their last 6 in all competitions and were beaten 3-1 by Aston Villa when the 2 teams met earlier in the season. In fact, Villa have been successful in the last 5 head-to-heads and could extend that run with another win here.

Ipswich’s relegation to the Championship was confirmed last weekend with a 3-0 defeat to Newcastle but they could still put up a fight when they visit Goodison Park. The Tractor Boys had scored 7 goals in 4 games before their last 2 defeats but they had a man sent off in the first half of both of those losses so it is not the biggest shock that they failed to score.
Everton have only won 1 of their last 9 matches but there should be an intense atmosphere in their second-to-last game in this stadium. Both teams have scored in 4 of the Toffees’ last 5 home games and a repeat of that looks likely with the likes of Liam Delap and Julio Enciso able to cause problems for David Moyes’ men.

EPL parlay pick: Bournemouth ML over Arsenal (+245), 12:30 pm ET, Saturday
Arsenal suffered a 1-0 defeat in their Champions League semifinal first leg against PSG and with the second game in Paris coming on Wednesday, they are likely to field a weakened team against Bournemouth. Only the top 2 teams in the league have lost fewer road games than the Cherries and they were unfortunate to tie with Manchester United last week after Evanilson was sent off in a decision that was retrospectively reversed. With their star striker back they could get the better of a Gunners team with one eye on the French capital.
