Like most Lithuanians, I started watching basketball from the age of six. I'm based out in London and played basketball at the University of Lincoln here in the UK. I had always had an interest in the NBA but things really took off in the summer of 2010. That year Linas Kleiza led Lithuania to 3rd place at the World Championships and signed with the Toronto Raptors to replace the departing Chris Bosh. I've been a Raptors fan since that day and I've not missed a game since. I've been handicapping games for more than a decade, specializing in player props. The #1 seed in the Western Conference is on the ropes. The Oklahoma City Thunder find themselves visiting the Dallas Mavericks 2-1 down in the series and Game 4 could have huge implications for both teams. However, things can change quickly in a 7-game series. A win tonight for the Thunder and they regain home-court advantage in what would ultimately turn into a 3-game mini series. But if the Mavs secure the victory, they’ll lead 3-1 and would be one win away from the Western Conference Finals. You can check out our NBA picks on the side and total for Thunder vs Mavericks as well as Celtics vs Cavaliers, but for now, let’s jump into my Game 4 Thunder vs Mavericks Same Game Parlay picks.

Oklahoma City Thunder ML over Dallas Mavericks (+100)

The Thunder find themselves in a tough position, playing on the road tonight and behind in the series. Another loss here and they would be on the brink of elimination. Luckily for them, Luka Doncic appears to be dealing with a number of leg issues and is questionable to play. If the Mavericks superstar is hobbled or unable to take to the floor, the Thunder would be in prime position to level things up. The team have recently been burned by the performances of P.J. Washington. However, the absence of Doncic could help limit the number of clean looks the forward gets tonight.

The Thunder still have the best defensive rating this postseason of all of the teams that remain in the playoffs. They have been able to hold the Mavericks to 95 and 105 points in 2 of the 3 games and I expect them to have further success tonight. The Mavericks are also making 39% of their three-point attempts during the series. This is not only above the Mavericks’ season average but also above the Thunder’s three-point percentage allowed per game. As a result, it feels only a matter of time before the hosts cool off from the outside. If it happens tonight, I expect the Thunder to even the series.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander to score 40+ points (+600)

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has flirted with some high-scoring performances during this series already, surpassing the 30-point mark in each of the last 2 games. With the team desperate for a win and the likes of Josh Giddey really struggling offensively, look for the Canadian to take matters into his own hands. He has been efficient against the Mavericks too, making 47% of his field-goal attempts during these 3 games and 50% from beyond the arc. Yet he has not attempted more than 24 shots in a game. Look for that to jump tonight. The Mavericks pair of Kyrie Irving and Luka Doncic are not exactly the strongest perimeter defenders and I expect the Thunder to find ways to isolate them here. Look for SGA to lead a strong scoring effort tonight.
