We have reached week 15 which means fantasy football playoffs! Knowing which guys to start and which guys to leave on your bench is going to be key for you to win a championship, so let’s break down the Top 5 must start Fantasy Football Players For The Playoffs.

Julian Edelman Wide Receiver Patriots

Julian Edelman is a good start in most leagues but in a PPR this guy needs to be in your lineup and might be your highest scorer of the weekend. In PPR leagues he has scored at least 17 points in five of the last six games and he is going against the Pittsburgh Steelers, which means it’s going to be a big game.

The Steelers have struggled against players in the slot, and will usually try to match up a linebacker, something that isn’t going to work here. Edelman scored 23 points last week and I expect that number to be closer to 25 or 26 points.

Jaylen Samuels Running Back Steelers

The second must start this week is Pittsburgh Steelers running back Jaylen Samuels. There is a chance that James Conner plays this weekend but even if he does, I think Samuels needs to be in your lineup.

The Patriots have had issues covering running backs in the pass game this year and in Samuels last game he had seven catches for 64 yards. If Conner starts I think he is a good flex play, but if Conner can’t go, this is one of my favorite running backs on the entire slate.

Derrick Henry Running Back Titans

Derrick Henry is not going to repeat the 17 carriers for 238 rushing yards and four touchdowns he had in his last game but he does have a nice matchup this weekend.

He is facing a Giants defense that hasn’t had much success stopping the run this year and the Titans are going to really try and pound the run.

Kenneth Dixon Running Back Ravens

The Ravens are a run first team with Lamar Jackson under center and it appears the Ravens are giving more carries to Dixon now over Gus Edwards.

Last week he had nine touches for 80 yards and a touchdown. The Buccaneers are struggling to stop the running game and I think Dixon should be able to find the end zone at least one. Finding a couple of good running backs this weekend might be a struggle with all the injuries but Dixon is someone you need to turn to.

Brandin Cooks Wide Receiver Rams

Brandin Cooks usually needs to get a touchdown to reach value so he has been a hard guy to count on this year, but I don’t think that will be the case in this game.

The Eagles secondary is banged up and there is going to be plenty of touchdowns to go around to all the Rams receivers.

He only has three touchdowns this season and this game he should be able to get at least one touchdown and maybe two. He also should be able to finish the game with at least 100 yards receiving.
