We have reached week ten of the NBA season and there are some key injuries that are affecting the game. Let’s go over this weeks NBA injury report.

Tristan Thompson Center Cavaliers

Tristan Thompson is dealing with a sprained left foot and is expected to be out until at least December 26th. With the Cavs really struggling the team will probably try to bring him back slowly from this so he doesn’t reinjure it once he’s back.

Isaiah Thomas Point Guard Nuggets

Isaiah Thomas is dealing with the hip injury that has affected him the last few years but it seems like he’s getting closer to the return. He is out until at least the 23rd of this month but it seems any day after that could be the game he returns.

DeMarcus Cousins Center Warriors

DeMarcus Cousins is still dealing with an Achilles injury but he should be back within the next few weeks. Cousins is currently practicing with Santa Cruz Warriors and although he hasn’t played any games that should be coming soon too. The Warriors are already getting healthy and starting to improve, and once Cousins comes back, this team is going to be even scarier.

Lou Williams Shooting Guard Clippers

Lou Williams practiced on Monday which means that the two-week timetable is probably on for his hamstring injury and he should be able to return right after Christmas.

Brandon Ingram Shooting Forward Lakers

Brandon Ingram is dealing with an ankle injury and will miss at least the rest of the Lakers road trip. That means his first chance at coming back would be Friday against the New Orleans Pelicans.

Nikola Mirotic and Julius Randle Pelicans

Nikola Mirotic and Julius Randle are both dealing with ankles injury and are both expected to be out for their next game.

Andre Robinson Shooting Guard Thunder

Andre Robinson seems to suffer setback after setback coming back from his kneecap injury and there really isn’t a timetable for his return. The last update was at the end of November and he was to be reevaluated in six weeks. in the next few weeks should be the next update on his status.

Markelle Fultz Point Guard Sixers

Markelle Fultz is still dealing with a shoulder injury and it’s unclear how long he will be out. It really feels like this could be like the Kawhi Leonard injury that keeps him out the rest of the season.

Marvin Bagley Power Forward Kings

Marvin Bagley is dealing with a bruised knee and is expected to be out until after Christmas.

Pau Gasol Power Forward Spurs

Pau Gasol is expected to be out until at least January 15th with a foot injury but it could turn out to be a lot longer.

Jonas Valanciunas Center Raptors

Jonas Valanciunas suffered a nasty dislocated thumb that is going to sideline him until at least the middle of January.

Dwight Howard Center Wizards

Dwight Howard is dealing with  a gluteal injury and it’s unclear how long before he will be able to come back but it’s not expected to be until at least January.
