Week 15 of the NFL season is in the books and what a week it was. There was plenty of drama across the slate, including a pretty significant win for the Chargers over the Chiefs to knock Kansas City out of the AFC playoff picture. While I was unable to cash in on my Week 15 mega parlay, I did cash back in Week 1 at +2512 odds! I have come within 1 or 2 legs of cashing these massive parlays with recent efforts, so let’s make it a second winner!
With the Week 16 Sunday slate on the horizon, let’s get right into my NFL Week 16 mega parlay that pays out at over 12/1 odds at FanDuel Sportsbook.
Jaguars ML (+150)
Lions ML (-330)
Vikings vs Giants over 42.5 (-110)
Patriots team total over 22.5 (-120)
Bills ML (-650)
NFL Week 15 parlay odds: +1245
Jacksonville Jaguars ML over Denver Broncos (+150)
This is one of the most consequential games on the Week 15 slate and Jacksonville is my preferred side, even in Denver. The Broncos offense was impressive a week ago, but most advanced metrics indicate that this has still been a below average for over a month now. Furthermore, Denver’s ground attack has struggled mightily of late, and that shouldn’t change against a stout Jacksonville defense that is playing some of its best football of the season at the moment. Speaking of playing at a high level, Trevor Lawrence appears to have finally figured out Liam Coen’s system, and the results have been outstanding for the Clemson product in recent weeks. Even with Denver riding so high at the moment, we’ll roll with the Jaguars as short road underdogs.

Detroit Lions ML over Pittsburgh Steelers (-330)
The Lions are in a great bounce-back spot at home against a Steelers team that is coming off a dominant effort against the Dolphins on Monday. However, this Pittsburgh defense has been awful against the run over the last month, and the Lions ground game is still as strong as any team across the league. As long as they have Jahmyr Gibbs in top form, Dan Campbell’s team is still extremely formidable, especially at home. This is still a top 5 offense in DVOA for good reason, and while the Lions defense can be expected to surrender points to Aaron Rodgers and the Pittsburgh offense, it’s hard to see the Steelers keeping up in a game that could devolve into a track meet at Ford Field. Let’s back the home favorite in this one.

Minnesota Vikings vs New York Giants over 42.5 (-110)
The path to victory for both the Vikings and Giants likely involves this game going over the total. On one side, the Giants defense has allowed at least 24 points in each of their last 10 games, with New York allowing at least 29 points in 6 of those contests. On the other side, the Vikings defense has had plenty of issues against the run this season and the Giants offense has largely been pretty competent when quarterback Jaxson Dart has been able to suit up. The over has cashed in 8 of the last 9 games involving the Giants, so let’s go back to the well and look for a higher-scoring affair than what oddsmakers are projecting in this matchup.
New England Patriots team total 22.5 vs Baltimore Ravens (-120)
For our next leg, we’ll target the Patriots to clear their team total against the Ravens on Sunday Night Football. New England’s flaws were certainly exposed in a loss to the Bills a week ago, but most of the Patriots’ glaring weaknesses showed themselves to be on the defensive side of the ball. The New England offense was still very productive, as the Patriots racked up 31 points and had no trouble moving the ball against the Bills in what was a massive test for Drake Maye and this relatively inexperienced group. While winning in Baltimore is a tough task, it’s not as if the Ravens defense has been very stout this season (16th in EPA per play). Regardless of which team comes out on top, Maye and the Patriots offense should score at least 23 points on Sunday.

Buffalo Bills ML over Cleveland Browns (-650)
To close out our mega parlay, let’s take the Buffalo Bills on the money line to serve as an anchor leg. For starters, even though the Buffalo defense has been nothing to write home about this season, the Browns offense appears to be completely broken at the moment. Yes, rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders is certainly better than Dillon Gabriel, but it’s clear that he’s still not a starting quarterback in this league. Conversely, the Bills seemed to have righted the ship following a midseason swoon in early November. Josh Allen and company have won 3 straight and coming off a huge road win at New England to keep their AFC East title hopes alive. As long as Buffalo’s plays a fairly clean game, there’s no reason to expect that they’ll lose outright in this spot.
