Since I unfortunately never had LeBron James' jumping ability I wasn't able to make it to the NBA, and chose writing about sports as the next best thing. Another week of the NFL season is in the books, and with some appealing names available in most leagues, you’re going to have to make some tough calls about who to cut. Luckily, we’re here to help you decide who to drop, with a list of the top names who no longer belong on rosters. Here’s who we’re singling out this week in Fantasy Football.

C.J. Uzomah – Bengals TE

A lot of people rushed to pick up Uzomah after Tyler Eifert went down with a season ending ankle injury. Then the Bengals’ other tight end Tyler Kroft also got hurt, opening up even more snaps and opportunities for Uzomah. But Uzomah simply hasn’t been able to capitalize, and after couple solid games he’s now had a couple duds. The first two weeks after Eifert went down Uzomah was pretty good, but over his past two games he has just two catches for 13 yards and a touchdown. It doesn’t sound like the Bengals will be featuring a tight end moving forward, and Uzomah can be safely dropped now.

Carlos Hyde – Jaguars RB

Hyde was supposed to be the featured back in Cleveland, and as such was drafted pretty high. He quickly fell out of favor with the Browns and was shipped off to Jacksonville. Through two games with the Jaguars, he hasn’t received a ton of run and has been firmly behind T.J. Yeldon in the pecking order. The Jags are now headed into their bye week, and Leonard Fournette should be back after the bye. It’s hard to see Hyde staying fantasy relevant after Fournette comes back, so there’s no point in holding onto Hyde any longer.

Corey Clement – Eagles RB

Similarly to Uzomah, Clement was thrust into a good situation when Jay Ajayi was lost for the season with a torn ACL. He quickly got scooped up in all leagues, but his role has been pretty disappointing. Wendell Smallwood has been operating as the lead back, and rookie Josh Adams has started to emerge at some point. With Darren Sproles due back at some point, Clement doesn’t have much of a path to playing time. It’s safe to cut bait now.

Keelan Cole – Jaguars WR

Cole was a trendy pick in drafts this summer, but the Jaguars’ passing game has simply been too anemic for him to establish much value. Cole started the season hot, but has been trending downward. He only has four catches over the last two games, and hasn’t gone over 40 yards since Week 5. Making matters worse, Cole is also on a bye this week. If you need to pickup players this week with all the bye weeks, Cole is definitely someone you can drop.

Jameis Winston – Buccaneers QB

It’s been a weird year for Jameis Winston. He was suspended for the first three games of the season, briefly lost his job, got it back, and has now lost it again. He threw four terrible interceptions this past week against the Bengals, and was benched for Ryan Fitzpatrick. Fitzpatrick has been announced as the starter for the team’s Week 9 game against the Panthers, and will probably be the starter moving forward. There’s no reason to roster Winston anymore.
