Third-round action at Wimbledon kicks off on Friday at the All-England Club, where Aryna Sabalenka has a blockbuster battle on her hands against Emma Raducanu. Madison Keys and Amanda Anisimova are also taking the court on the women’s side. In the men’s draw, Carlos Alcaraz continues his title quest.

Let’s take a look at the Wimbledon best bets to be made on the Day 5 schedule.

Parlay: Aryna Sabalenka ML over Emma Raducanu and Jordan Thompson ML over Luciano Darderi (+105)

Raducanu is starting to play well again, but is she ready to beat the world #1 at a Grand Slam? Probably not. Sabalenka has already reached 2 slam finals in 2025 and her huge-hitting game is especially dangerous on grass. The Belarussian won their only previous meeting in straight sets and more of the same should continue on Friday. Meanwhile, it’s hard to fathom a Thompson-Darderi matchup on grass being priced somewhat evenly. The reason may be that Thompson required a full 10 sets to get through his first 2 rounds, whereas Darderi is coming off a straight-set beatdown of Arthur Fery. Still, beating Fery doesn’t mean much. The bottom line is that Thompson is a far superior grass-court player. He is 70-49 liftime on this surface; Darderi is 5-8.

Cristina Bucsa -1.5 games over Solana Sierra (-125)

Sierra and Bucsa are separated by only 1 spot in the WTA rankings, but that is just about where the similarities end. Bucsa has been around for a while and has climbed as high as #56 in the world. Sierra has never been inside the top 100. Moreover, Bucsa is 22-8 all time on grass; Sierra had played a mere 1 grass-court match in her entire pro career prior to arriving in London. It should also be noted that she needed a lucky-loser spot in the main draw after falling in qualifying to Talia Gibson.

Arthur Rinderknech ML over Kamil Majchrzak (-125)

Majchrzak went into Wimbledon on an absurd 7-match losing streak. He will have to do more than beat Matteo Berrettini (currently a shadow of the real Berrettini) and Ethan Quinn to prove that his struggles are over. Rinderknech has advanced at the All-England Club so far with victories over world #3 Alexander Zverev and former Wimbledon quarterfinalist Cristian Garin. The Frenchman has far more firepower, so this match is going to be on his racket. If Rinderknech plays like he did in the first 2 rounds, he is going to prevail.
