American women have shared the first 2 tennis Grand Slams in 2025, as Madison Keys triumphed at the Australian Open before Coco Gauff prevailed at the French Open. Both women look like serious contenders to also win Wimbledon, but the clear favorite is Aryna Sabalenka. Also in the mix are Elena Rybakina, Mirra Andreeva, Marketa Vondrousova and Jessica Pegula.

Let’s take a look at the Wimbledon 2025 odds and our Wimbledon women’s singles best bets to be made.

Wimbledon tennis best bet: Iga Swiatek (+1100)

There is no need to overthink this one. When you can get Swiatek all the way at +1100 odds to win any tennis tournament, it’s an opportunity that should not be missed. I don’t care it’s played on grass, concrete, an ice rink, whatever…. In any conditions, the former world #1 is too good of a player to be priced this high. Now, it is true that grass is Swiatek’s worst surface. Still, she was a Wimbledon quarterfinalist in 2023 and she currently finds herself in the final of a pretty big tournament in Bad Homburg. This week’s performance alone should give the Pole plenty of confidence heading into Wimbledon. Swiatek is a 5-time Grand Slam champion, with 1 of those victories coming at the 2022 U.S. Open – so it’s not like she is a complete stranger to winning on faster surfaces.

Wimbledon tennis prediction: Madison Keys (+2000)

Admittedly, I would pretty much never bet on Keys as a considerable favorite in any single match. She is simply too unpredictable on any given day. However, I love backing her on the futures market because her talent is so obvious and her upside is so huge. As we saw at this year’s Australian Open, there is no tournament she can’t win. Keys’ booming serve and flat groundstrokes make her game extremely dangerous on grass, just as it is on fast hard courts. The world #6 is in Sabalenka’s quarter of the bracket, but the top seed may have to face Marketa Vondrousova in the third round. If Sabalenka loses early, things could open up for Keys in a big way.

Wimbledon tennis longshot pick: Jessica Pegula (+3300)

Especially on the women’s side, it is probably worth taking a flier on at least 1 longshot. After all, there is no dominant force along the lines of Jannik Sinner or Carlos Alcaraz in the men’s game. Sabalenka obviously has to be respected, but she has never won Wimbledon and she has captured only 3 major titles overall in her career (“only” being a relative term compared to the rate at which Sinner and Alcaraz are winning slams). In any case, there is no reason why an underdog can’t lift the trophy in London. If that happens, Pegula could be just that player. The 31-year-old American finished runner-up at the 2024 U.S. Open and she has reached a major quarterfinal on 6 other occasions – including at the All-England Club 2 years ago. At #3 in the rankings, Pegula has outstanding value at +3300.
