The Chicago Blackhawks travel to Montreal to face the Canadiens for the second and final time this season. The Blackhawks have lost three in a row and are just 6-8-3 on the road. To make matters worse, Connor Bedard is out for the next few weeks with a shoulder injury, so an already low-scoring team will need others to step up and help find the back of the net. 

The Canadiens have played well over their last two games, but their results are still inconsistent. They have no trouble scoring goals on the power play, but their five-on-five production leaves much to be desired. They don’t generate enough shots on goal, something that needs to change. This team has the skill to win games, and it seems like the goaltending might be turning a corner. Montreal often goes to overtime, but the Money Line is just too inflated. We’ll take a small lean on them to win in regulation, knowing very well this game could head to overtime.
