Money Line Pick
NSH Predators Win(-110)

The Philadelphia Flyers are in Nashville to take on the Predators on Thursday night. These teams met back on October 30, with the Flyers picking up a 4-1 victory in Philadelphia. However, the Flyers have been a much different team on the road than they have been at home. Philadelphia owns a strong 6-3-0 record on home ice, but is just 1-2-1 away from the City of Brotherly Love. Their lone road win came on Tuesday against the Canadiens, and they needed a shootout to do so. Of Philly’s 6 wins this season, 4 have come past regulation time. They deserve credit for getting the wins, but they are barely getting by through the slimmest of margins.

On the other side, it’s been a rough start to the season for the Predators, who own a 5-6-4 record up to this point. However, Nashville is playing decent hockey right now, as they defeated Calgary 4-2 on Saturday before suffering back-to-back overtime losses to Vancouver and Minnesota earlier this week. Juuse Saros is projected to be between the pipes in this one after Justus Annunen got the starting nod on Tuesday against Minnesota. Saros hasn’t been great, but he is typically a slow starter who turns things around after the first month of the season. Make it a small play, but consider fading the Flyers on the road and back the Predators at home.
