Kraken vs Devils Pickswise Expert Predictions

Money Line Pick
SEA Kraken Win(+125)

The Seattle Kraken are continuing their East Coast trip with a stop in New Jersey to take on the Devils. Over the past couple of weeks, Seattle has played some quality games, particularly on offence. This season, they are averaging 2.77 goals per game, but they have scored four or more goals in each of their last three wins. Their defensive play and goaltending have remained steady, but now the challenge is to keep finding the back of the net.

The Devils recently ended their losing streak with a 5-2 victory against Minnesota, but one win doesn’t erase all their problems. They are currently averaging 2.62 goals per game, despite having some elite talent on their roster. Injuries have been an issue, but they can’t use that as an excuse for being one of the lowest-scoring teams in the league. Jacob Markstrom is likely to start as the goaltender, and his performance has been concerning, with a .879 save percentage on the season, well below his career average. Given Seattle’s recent scoring ability and their decent road record, there’s a chance they could come into Newark and secure a victory.
